Highly recommend this gym! I leave each class with endorphins that are through the roof!! The staff get to know you as a person and make it a point to meet your individual fitness needs/wants. They are also extremely knowledgeable and can design modifications for any level of fitness. Workouts are well organized & challenging!! We always have fun while getting pumped!! Everyone is welcome here!! Try it out!! I have made major gains since starting with 4A fitness

I have been a member of 4A Fitness for 2 ½ years, and I am in the best shape of my life. The owners, Lafeyette and Navonya Bell, are wonderful. They are continually changing the workouts to keep it interesting and challenging. All members are positive and fun to be around. I appreciate the positivity and non-judgmental nature of everyone. It is great to be with people that encourage you to be your personal best. This past January, we had a January Kick Off Challenge. Teams of 4 were assigned. The challenge was incredibly fun with both personal and team challenges. It was a great way to start off 2021. After the holidays, it is helpful to start fresh in the new year. The challenge was personally helpful to me. I had an amazing group that was encouraging, and I was able to drop significant weight and fat percentage. I have new goals now and am confident that 4A will help me achieve them.

I would highly recommend 4A Fitness to those who are looking for a gym facility!I have been working out at 4A since June of 2020. I have not only seen a change in my physical appearance but have also met some amazing people to help guide me in my fitness journey! Lafeyette is an experienced trainer who pushes you to exceed your fitness goals. The work out routines are consistently changing which pushes your body to work different muscles rather than doing the same routine. The classes are great for all different body levels!I love going to this gym because of the family atmosphere, positivity, and motivating trainers!

This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!

4A Fitness is a great community gym! They offer personal training, classes, and have fun fitness challenges. The owner, Lafayette, and his trainers Navonya and Lauren are amazing coaches, they help you track your progress and focus on your goals to ensure that you perform your best! Lafayette provides a monthly class schedule in advance, plans each day's workouts, and changes it up with new and challenging exercises. Just one month into our fitness challenge, I am seeing great results with weight and inches lost!! And finally, everyone there is so nice - I can't wait to go to class.
