Bob and his team are very responsive and will show up as many times needed until the job is done. They captured 4 squirrels and did the repairs to the damage. I would 100% recommend this company for any services they offer.

Highly recommend using Bob. He was super friendly, on time (on a Saturday) and extremely reasonable. After many failed attempts with several other companies, I came across Bob and I'm glad I did. He came and got a birds nest out of my 3rd story condo. He cleaned it out and fixed the dryer vent cover. Would definitely use his services again!

Bob at BobCat Trapping is the absolute best around for taking care of your pest problems. I made the mistake of contacting a larger company first but they did the bare minimum to help me with my raccoon in the attic problem. After a week of nothing being done by this large company, I contacted Bob at BobCat Trapping. Bob went above and beyond to make sure he caught the mama and baby raccoons and then took care of fixing the damaged entry point used by the raccoon in addition to cleaning out the attic of the mess the raccoons left behind. We also utilized Bob to add new insulation in the attic. We could not be happier with Bob and his team. Fantastic work and fair prices. Highly recommended.

Bob is very professional and goofy. He does a great job placing traps for max results. Great sense of humor and great guy. Got rid of 4 squrriels, trim the branches to keep them from getting on our roof and sealed all the holes in attic and roof. Fantastic, matched the color and covered the cedar panels to prevent further damage. Literally patched everything at a cost everyone can afford. Fixed by BOB!

I need to give a shoutout to Bob Laussen and Bobcat Trapping and Building! Until we started working with Bob and his crew, we were extremely frustrated by unresolved pest/wildlife issues. We have a wooded lot; our yard is frequented by wildlife. Squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, opossums, mice, foxes, deer, rabbits, etc frequent our yard. For years, we contacted pest control services about hearing mice in the walls. Most companies set traps, put out poisonous bait, and/or simply handed us glue traps. The problem was never resolved. A few companies even told us we were imagining the sounds. Most companies would not go into the attic or basement to identify entry points. After researching a few companies, we discovered Bobcat Trapping and Building - what a blessing! Bob's comprehensive knowledge of construction and pest control are unmatched! He immediately identified and closed up all possible entry points for mice. We've been mouse free for over 3 years now! We recently had an issue with squirrels. Bob responded quickly to our solution requests - trapped the animals and provided repairs including preventative measures. You cannot find a better pest control service! Oh, he also proactively provided repairs and preventative measures for woodpecker damage. Bob is responsive, thorough, professional and very friendly. His prices are very reasonable. You cannot go wrong working with Bob and his company. We are forever clients!

There had been some digging around my front stoop for a while. The dirt was out and I would put it back. Then it was out again. Being naive about such things, I chalked it up to occasional wildlife. Until I saw a black tail with a white stripe disappear down the hole. Yikes! I asked a friend if he would pour 4 large bottles of ammonia down the hole... expecting to have a creature come running out. No such thing happened. So then I called Bobcat. Best decision ever. He responded quickly. Explained why the skunk(s) did not come dashing out, told me what he would do and the cost of doing it. He set up some traps (the dirt was being dug out from both sides of the stoop). Ended up catching 5 skunks in total. A mom and 4 smaller ones. All the while communicating with me on a daily basis. I am soooo pleased. They filled the holes and guaranteed a skunk-free residence for 5 years. The cost was very fair (not ashamed to say, I am price conscious) and well worth it. I highly recommend this service if you have any unwanted guests inside or outside of your home (other than humans...lol).

Don't waste your time with the franchise type places, they have a sales quota. I was given a 4k proposal to trap, clean for Raccoons in attic by one of those places. Bob came by and said they never made it in, tore the shingles in several spots but no entry. See, he got in the roof and did full inspection. Sales guy from other company would not go on room, so did lookin attic and said- yes, you definitely have them in there. Bob does the trapping and any needed repairs. Great service and value at FRACTION of the price.

Professional, Honest and Reliable company...five stars!!!Last May, I have noticed frequent visits of big raccoons (captured by our security camera) at my backyard and also found a den of skunks living underneath the concrete front porch of my house. I called Bob that same day and he responded quickly. He was also able to drop by our house and did an estimate. Bob also explained that plan for trapping including the repair of the sidings where one of the raccoon was marking its territory. He also suggested to seal the entry where the skunks where living since there is a possibility that the other animals will use this spot during fall and spring. During the last 3 weeks, he has been constantly checking the status of trapping around 6-7 am every 2-3 days and reports for any updates.I am very happy and satisfied with the professional service with his company and would recommend to anyone.
