Ray is amazing. He is very honest and nice. The way he talks to you is very informative. He knows the details of every car, and he takes pride in his work to make the car perfect. The inventory here is extremely affordable. I look forward to doing more business with Ray. It’s hard to find honest salesmen nowadays, but Ray is a mechanic and a person before he is a car salesman. Ray also is a great communicator. He sent me videos and pictures when I asked for them until I was able to make the 1.5hr drive to him a few days later. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the sale!

I was referred to Ray by a close by auto shop when I called looking to take in a car for a pre purchase inspection. I called Ray on 12/23/24 to see if he had time to look at the car. On the phone he seemed very nice and helpful. I took the car to him a few hours later and he said he’d take good care of me and would look at everything and give the car a good inspection. About 20-25 mins later he comes back and tells me the car needs brakes, suspension work, and a timing belt. Other than that it looked good and if I took care of it that it would be a good reliable car. At the time I was very happy to make the decision to purchase the car and planned on taking the car to him for the repairs. The day after I purchase the car I notice the heat doesn’t work well and it’s mostly pushing out cold air. I looked it up and read that it’s fairly common with that make and model of car and decided to just deal with it.
I took the car in to Ray on 2/10 for the repairs, also mentioning the heat issues, and planned to pick it up the next day. To my surprise the next morning I received a message from Ray saying I need an oil change, antifreeze, an engine air filter, and a cabin filter.
I don’t think I even put 100 miles on the car before taking it back to Ray so to need all of those extra repairs was crazy to me… unless he completely missed them in the first place when I took it to him on December 23rd.
I agreed to the extra repairs because they needed to be taken care of but I lost all trust and confidence in him after that because those were all things that should have been checked, noticed, and mentioned when I first brought the car in to him. Also whenever you take your car in for an oil change, all other liquids like antifreeze and windshield fluid is topped off free of charge so to have me pay extra for something he failed to check was wild.
This was the first time I took a car to get a pre purchase inspection and was so happy that I did because I initially thought Ray was thorough, honest, and trustworthy. It gave me a lot of confidence to say yes to the car while knowing exactly what it needed and what it didn’t. To my disappointment I was wrong in knowing everything the car needed repaired and felt taken advantage of.
And to top it all off I noticed a few days after picking up the car that the hood wasn’t completely closed, while going 60mph on the highway. I pulled over and tried to close it many times and it would not close all the way. After taking it somewhere else they were able to get it to close completely.

I was looking over and been to 5-6 used car dealers and every time it was just more and more junk and excuses for why the cars were bad or it wasn’t their responsibility for them to be safe but just drive.
Here you will find not only reliable cars that were work on by the man selling them to you but you will find one of the last open and honest people in this business. Ray Yacoub makes sure all his cars are safe to drive and knows all the work that have been done to the cars he sells. He is great at what he does and I would recommend any friend or family looking for a good used car or a reliable mechanic to come here!

My tires needed to be replaced the 1st week I bought the car. I expected to need to do some repairs but it would've been nice to know that the tire had been slashed and repaired before I drove 400 miles back home. I was told that the tires had 70 percent drive life still but that wasn't true which makes me wonder what else is wrong with my car. I'm glad to have the car but it would've been nice if Ray had been honest about that.

I was charged a rear upper control arm and labor that was not even provided. It is something you could only find out if you had time to take off your tire. Makes me question if any of the other parts and labor Ray Yacoub charged me was even up to spec or worth it. Ray is a low life scum. I called several times to ask him about it, yet he denies my calls cause he knows what he did.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
