“We were supposed to have 24 hour access with us just moving everything in & when we arrived at 2am with a truckload we ended up having to wait until 6am for the regular access hours. A little frustrated until Rochelle stopped by our unit to apologize that it was her mistake and that she corrected it and credited our account! Just her admitting fault and apologizing was very much appreciated. Rochelle is great and takes good care of the facility!”

“I would like to start off by saying... Thank you to Ms Nicole over here at the Merionette Park location. I have been with the service since 2019 when I began my journey of using storage. Nicole has been such a great help to me everytime I had to interact her. She always go above and beyond with her customer service expertise and help with any issues that may occur. When I see her at any given time on the property...I'm always happy to see her. It could be cold out or super hot..but she is always willing to stop what she is doing to accommodate each customer I have witness. Lol I told her If she ever leave this location I would look for her.... For me you can't find good customer service support. Other locations are not nice, 110th Cicero ... I had to visit them before when our location was closed for construction. But once again this review was over do.... Thank you public storage for hiring such a beautiful person who really knows her work and craft here for the company..”
