I went to Lily Nails after a recommendation and had a dip/powder manicure before vacation. This was on a Tuesday and by Friday half of them were chipping off - not just small chips either. One nail was half off and four others were lifting from the top. Because I was out of town, I couldn't go back to get them fixed but I wouldn't have anyway. They didn't use the normal dip top coat, my tech used the gel top coat and it is peeling off almost every nail now. I learned my lesson, sticking with my usual salon from now on.

This is my first time going to the salon. It was very clean and bright. Everyone was very friendly. I went early in the morning they were not too busy. I felt very relaxed, and I got exactly what I wanted done with my nails. I am very pleased and will be returning.

Disappointed..Didn’t think you could mess up a “round” nail. Fingernail shape was off and each nail was different. Lumpy no chip application with bubbles. Very rushed..I could’ve done a better job painting my toenails at home.

My nails aren’t the color I originally asked for but for the sake of time I had to choose a different color to go over my toe nails with the bright red under it which I was blamed for. There was no apology no accepting responsibility. There’s also no price transparency to add things like no chip, you just have to take their word for it. After 3 years of being a customer, this is my first time considering finding somewhere else to go. The trust is broken. The color I asked for was dark gray.Their response shows a lot about how they treat their customers. I was on my phone and looked up and noticed she was halfway through. After being there an hour and a half and having to pick up my children, I'm supposed to just start over. I was complaining because I was wronged! I'll be glad to NEVER return to a place where I'm treated badly even after being wronged.

I can't even give this place a one star. I am disgusted and honestly ashamed of how I was treated here. Lily did my fill-ins for the 3 times I was there. She was very rough and aggressive when doing my nails the first time. After coming back the second time to do a fill with Lily, I noticed a small greenish bluish spot on my right hand the middle finger. It got worse when I came in the third time and I had not just one finger, but 3 starting to discolor. Lily didn't say a word about this, just basically brushed it off. The nails lasted me a week until they started lifting on the sides. How do your nails go bad after just one week???? I came into the nail salon today to talk to someone about this issue because this has never occurred with the 6 years I've been doing my nails. The employee explained to me that the reason I have this is because water got in between the nail and acrylic. Yeah, I think tf not. I've been working at tropical smoothie for 4 years, getting my hands wet every second, always using a wet rag to clean and my nails have NEVER looked like this. I decided to read more about this and from several articles, it explained that when nail techs don't clean AND sanitize their drill ends, utensils, etc. this is what happens. Do not come here, I repeat do not waste your time and money here.
