I took my car to Interstate Battery today and had an excellent experience. Chris and another gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It’s rare to get this level of service, and I left very impressed and grateful. Highly recommend!

These nice folk had a nearly unique battery for.my older 1979 H.D. odd as the positive terminal is on the.left side.of the battery

I’ve been buying batteries here for 23 years. Never had a problem. Even when battery was a little out of warranty, they worked with me.

The batteries aren't cheap but they stand behind them. I had a battery but it wasn't holding its charge.It was almost 2 years old They checked my battery and replaced it in a matter of five minute. Great service, good people.

This place is awful. Manager is very unprofessional and really rude. Guy spoke to me like I was 5 years old and wouldn't stop texting on his cell phone while I was speaking to him. ???

Chris the owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within 10 mins. You can't beat that. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a battery.

I purchased a battery for each of three cars…. Each with a 4 year warranty (within 2 years it is replaced, between 2 and 4 years it is replaced on a prorated basis). Car#1 had the battery fail at one year. Car#2 had the battery fail before the second anniversary. It was replaced under the warranty.
Car#3 had the battery fail at 2.5 years. The replacement for battery in car#3 cost me $15 less than the ORIGINAL purchase price.
Based on the experience with car #3, the 4 year warranty seems a little misleading (since I essentially purchased the replacement battery for almost the same price as the original!).
I’m not sure I will be making future purchases based on what I have experienced.
