Countryside location**RACIST** With a FULL cart ready for checkout NO CASHIERS open @8am. Asked Front desk for assistance and was told cashiers will be arriving at 8:30am. So I went to self checkout with my $300 worth cart. Then comes a Caucasian customer (with half full cart) to ask them to help check him out. Tony's Manager gets a cashier out to charge the Caucasian customer @ 8:10am. When I confronted manager his response was "todays my first day." This is beyond unprofessional this is Racism.

You have an employee at your Berwyn location. His last name is Zuniga. He is amazing!! A very much people person, always willing to help. He works hard at making sure everything is how it should be. It is such a blessing to shop when he is there. Please keep him at this location.

I liked the management. I have been having good experiences with them... If they can not unload you before the appointment, they have overnight parking where you can do 10hr peacefully. Unloaded in about an hour... good luck truckers... they appreciate the other's time and plans.⁸

Their "corporate office and warehouse" grounds look like a landfill. Heaven forbid someone or everyone that works there ventures out of the office and picks up some trash. If their corporate is the face of the retail outlets, I'm not shopping there.

SPOILED MEAT! I purchased ground beef, chicken, pork chops and other meats from Tony's in Bolingbrook. I took out the ground beef from the freezer to the refrigerator and it unthawed the same day.I noticed the MEAT HAD A FOUL SMELL so I took the meat back to TONYS GROCERY STORE IN BOLINGBROOK to exchange it for ground beef that was not SPOLIED. The MANAGER ERNESTO AT THE STORE IN BOLINGBROOK stated he would not take the meat back because I shouldn't have put the meat in the freezer. He said fresh meat should not go in the freezer. I told him I've put meat in the freezer all my life and when put in the refrigerator to unthaw it's not SPOILED. No one eats all the meat they purchase in one day or a week for that matter especially if you have a big family. I asked him since TONYS GROCERY STORE IN BOLINGBROOK is selling the meat is it posted anywhere that this should not go in the freezer. He said they don't have to post it. If TONY'S GROCERY STORE is using this as an excuse for selling SPOILED MEAT then TONYS GROCERY STORE should post these FAKE care instructions to hide their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD PRACTICES.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD TO TAKE MEAT BACK TO TONY'S IN BOLINGBROOK BECAUSE OF SPOILAGE. I will not be shopping here anymore there are other places to shop in the area that will provide SAFE FRESH MEAT TO FEED YOUR FAMILY

They are quite responsive to customer complaints... their meat is decent and lower cost than many other place and wide selection of ethnic ingredients...really good produce department where you can find a lot of ingredients that are difficult to find elsewher
