Sadly, I made appointment for covid test that is so hard to get and 4 days later I learn they didn't put a label so no results...impossible...they do not know which specimen is whose. Customer service is dying in this country. Rudeness and sloppy work everywhere.

Just came back from the Walgreens at Irving park road and prospect in Itasca/Wooddale I forgot my cane at home so I had to use one of the electric carthe electric carts the cart did not fit down the center aisle center Aisle. I adked for the manager and told her. She said yeah so what. I asked if I needed to contact the American with disabilities act to have them come into the store she told me go ahead I'll just get rid of the cart and it's not required that we have them I asked her for corporate's phone number and she said doesn't make a difference they won't do anything either I again asked her for the phone number which she then regrettedly gave me me I wonder if it was a mother with a stroller would she have done the same. Yes I will be talking to their corporate office.

The pharmacy staff are so unprofessional and RUDE. They incorrectly entered by insurance information TWICE and I had to have my insurance company call them to get it all figured out. Then I received a text saying my prescription is ready for pick up but when I arrived, they "misplaced" my prescription. How do misplace a prescription?? Then when they finally called to say it was actually ready, they only filled part of my order (it was supposed to be a 3 month supply). I spoke to two different employees and both were incredibly rude and told me "don't ask us to please look for your order. We obviously are looking for it." So unprofessional.

The man at the pharmacy, Patel, is a very rude and pompous man. He is very offensive and yells at you for absolutely no reason. Don't go here.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Currently have been waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my prescription. This is just ridiculous!

My son worked at this store and the store manager bullied my son who has a disability and so did the pharmacy manager. They did not follow his doctors letters regarding how many hours a week he was supposed to work and when our family moved to a different town he asked to be transferred to a different Walgreens the GM did not transfer him and she she said something bad in his file so he is unable to get another job at another Walgreens. He has worked for other Walgreens and he has never been treated so poorly, they transferred him with no problem and he has a stellar work record. He was employee of the month several times at all 3 Walgreens that he had worked at and all the customers loved him. When I would go to pick up my prescriptions and customers would find out he was my son they would tell me how much they appreciated my son working there and what a hard working young man he was. I am highly disappointed that they would treat a hard working person with a disability this way!!

Would go to a different location but this is the closest one for me. Was reprimanded with attitude for pressing the call button after waiting a couple minutes because there was "someone ahead of me." Cool, but I couldn't see them, so how was I supposed to know? How about instead of using a 2nd grade teacher voice at another fully grown adult, you just... come to the window when you're available?

Loved the workers and clean environment. They're very helpful. But the male Manager with a beard (?) was being rude to the employees.

It's convenient to go here but if I can avoid it I will .. there's an employee with short dark hair who is always extremely rude and I work around this area and I've been told by other people they have had similar expiriences with her ... it's unfortinate that one rude employee can ruin a store for you

Twice I found out they didn't have my prescription in stock only after having waited around being told “it will be about 15-20 min†to then find out they were out. Not all of the staff-but a couple of the pharmacists there are always very short, somewhat snippy with their answers & overall not the friendliest. The wait times are awful. It seems no matter what time of day you go, the drive through is always long as is the line inside. Not sure if it's because they need more staff or what but I now take my prescriptions to target or Jewel & the service & wait time is much better. I've never had any other issues with the other departments or staff. It has only ever been the pharmacy that I've consistently experienced issues.

Walgreens has been progressively gotten worse over the years....They no longer care about the customer/patient. After a doctors appointment on Friday my meds were sent in and I was told by Walgreens that it was out of stock...would be in on Saturday. Saturday I was told Monday, on Tuesday when I called I was told another week...maybe! When a pharmacy cant keep control of their stock, really makes you wonder huh? On top of this they will not transfer the script to another location and the pharmacist was very rude to me.
