I work long hours and decided I would do a pick up for next day with their curbside. When it came time for pickup window It was delayed, I called the store multiple times and got no answer. Spoke with customer service multiple times and told it would be ready by the end of my pickup time. When it wasn't ready after the time frame I called both the store no answer then customer service iwas assured they were escalating it to get my order and would answer me in 48 hours The store than just cancelled my order 30 minutes later after I was told it was not going to be cancelled from corporate and I would receive my order at some point. Called corporate again and was given a different number for the store. I called that number and was told no manager was available and no one would tell me why my order was cancelled they just said in 5 days I will have my money back. I called the store once more asked for a manager was told to hold and hung up on. Never again will i go to this Walmart

Normal everyday Walmart store. The employees at the Joliet location are very nice. But the shelves were kind of empty in the grocery department

I’ve been picking up my groceries since 2019 (pre pandemic) at other Walmarts and have never had the wait times like I’ve had here (up to 50 minutes). They are either severely understaffed for pickup orders or very disorganized. These wait times started in Oct. 2021, but were just fine before the pandemic. Hopefully it gets better because I love being able to quickly pickup groceries after work so close to home!

I bought 2 Walmart gift cards they didn’t activate them I payed 50$ I asked them and showed them prove that I payed they told me they can’t do anything about that and to call the number I called the number on the back of the card they told me the card was not valid so I payed 50$ for no reason I have no value in the card and they won’t refund me or activate it I already went on walmartgiftcrad.com nothing works

Typical Walmart, everything we selected from their Christmas clearance section was "not supposed to be there" or "is not in our system."Then told I can't use a visa gift because she doesn't know how to do it.Every time I try to give them another chance they disappoint and remind me why it's better to pay a little more and shop elsewhere.

We already know Walmart is Walmart, but some of their policies really shoot the company in its own foot.Why put certain items behind a ? lock if *nobody* seems to have a key? I spend more time looking for employees who can only say "I'll ask someone with a key" or "Wait here" just to end up at a better store. 15+ mins.... I had time but lost patience.Yes, we can press the assistance button, but good luck getting someone to respond. My disappointment is with Walmart, not so much the individual employees.

Shopping for a few items needed, reason for being in the area was that we had to be at the DMV next door, anyway shopping this Walmart was a great experience is the store was fully stocked, had items I needed and more, very clean, and had plenty of cashers when checking out, also noticed security patrolling the parking lot. Thanks to this Walmart for being on top of their game.

What a terrible Walmart! Employees just do not care, the place is filthy, lot is filthy, there wasn't any cart available by the front door. Everything was unkempt. On the positive side, they had what I needed.

The store manager Chris's team does not know how to take care of their customers. They never answer the phone, no employees EVER in sporting goods. Be my last time ever shopping here for the under par management team.

Good Walmart. Of course, has everything that I need. The biggest positive is, I'm an over the road truck driver, so when I need to stock my truck back up with essentials, I can park here without a problem as they dont have 'no semi truck parking' signs in the parking lot.Us truckers have extremely limited options as it is so when we go to a Walmart that we cant park our truck at to shop, its a day ruiner.

Awful. My first time at this location. I push the call button outside the cologne case. After 15 minutes, nobody came. I flagged down an employee who said she would find someone, but never did. I saw her again, and this time she paged someone over the walkie-talkie, but nobody answered. I flag down another employee who did the same, and again, no answer. I went to the service desk and two different employees paged for someone who had the key, but again, no one answered either. At that point I just gave up, but on my way out, I tried asking one last person. This one simply acknowledged that no one knows who has the key. Perhaps only a manager who may or may not be on lunch break, she said. In any event, she confirmed that there's simply no way to make a purchase from there tonight.

Everyone knows Walmart. This store is clean , well organized, employees friendly and knowledgeable. The lines were long so they started opening more register's. They also have everything you need in one location and the prices are reasonable.
