I’m disappointed with my experience here this evening. I gave this place a try because I received a gift card. I booked a “demi-shine” treatment. The stylist, Melissa, was nice and everything but I saw no difference after it. The only reason I’m writing this review is because when I went to pay, the receptionist told me it was $70..but Melissa told me it was going to be $60 if I wanted my hair blow dried. The receptionist went back to check with her, then came back to me and said “she said she told you $65-70.” She did not say that. In fact, when I asked her again just to make sure, she said “60” and 70 never even came out of her mouth. Also, when the receptionist scanned my gift card email, it didn’t work. After messing with it for a few mins she just applied the amount. I don’t like that I was lied to and that they don't have their stuff together. This was such a waste of time and money and a terrible first impression of this place. Obviously I won’t be back.

I recently got the courage to try a new hairstylist for highlights and color, and I must say, I'm very impressed with the results! Elyse (spelling?) was creative with my highlights and blended my tones to create a stunning look that complements my skin tone. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for color or a hair transformation!

So I can’t rate based on a service, but called to set up a hair cut for next week. The woman answering the phone was not very friendly and laughed when I asked for an afternoon or evening appointment. Hopefully they’re friendlier to their own clients?

Mika colored my hair and I was given a foil she listened to my request and paid attention to what I wanted. When I was looking at my hair afterwards it looked too bright but that was just the lighting inside the salon. Afterwards when I got outside and looked in my car I realized my hair looked even better than I thought. I really like Mika and I love my hair color

Debated writing this for a few weeks because I hate to be negative and sometimes when you give it time you're OK with what the hair looks like, but absolutely not the case this time. Went in for a hair color and cut with Iryna. Went much darker with the color and that is what I had asked for. However, what I can't believe is that I said I wanted 1.5inches off and a few long layers with some face shaping added. What I left with was 3 inches or more cut off, absolutely no layers or shaping (basically she lobbed off my hair). Paid $260 for something I absolutely hate (I think they should refund me the cut and tip). I also went to a family friend (long time hairstylist) to take a look and she said that it was also cut crooked and a few pieces in the front not cut at all. She did her best to add long layers without taking too much more off. I made myself very clear that I like my hair long because I curl it with beachy waves and too short would not work well. Not sure what she was thinking especially since when I asked for a few long layers her response was "that's not a thing." Very sad because I have gone here for a few years and think the coloring has been great, but the cut was absolutely horrible and I still hate it. Will not be returning.

Moved back to the area earlier this year after 15 years away.My search of a new hairdresser for a casual professional haircut sans an upper-professional price for a full-time work position where I wear a cap 90% of the time is finally over.1st time @ Marie_Charles today & I believe I've found the ONE.Thank you Christina, and to my wife who found her first and recommended her.Simple boutique with some depth and warmth but not overly cozy -- which is what I prefer in a salon setting.Will definitely be back to see Christina again to start a history and gain trust & confidence should I chose a different hairstyle down the road. Her education, patience, and experience goes without saying.

Been a customer in the past. Just had a surreal experience. Had booked a couple weeks ago and website wasn't working so I called. Lady who answered said that it was glitchy but that she saw my reservation. I show up, I'm not on calendar. Go to website, had it booked for this PAST February. How? Woman at desk LAUGHED AT ME. Said "it isn't February." Great customer service. Nope. I'll spend my $250 elsewhere, sorry Randi, best of luck.
