I have always gotten my nails done here and I love the quality of work and the people however I got my eyebrows waxed last week and the technician left a really big mark that is still there a week later possibly a permanent scar. The owner offered me a $15 refund. For a permanent scar on my face. I will never go back there again.

Do not get your nails done here! It has not even been a full three days since getting my nails done and on several of my fingers, the polish has lifted! I got a no chip manicure and she was not careful around my cuticles at all, which is probably why I am having such horrible lifting so soon after my appointment. I'm so mad that I spent money on these nails and just wish I could be refunded.

They say walk ins welcome. If you walk in, you are totally ignored, so walk ins are NOT welcome. The only way they will make an appointment is for you to go online. If you are trying to book for more than one person, and different services, it does not work online. You have to store your credit card information with them in order to make an appointment. In today’s world with all the fraud, this is unacceptable. Apparently they don’t need business, even though the place had only 3 customers and the whole evening was open for appointments according to their booking online, because walking in to make an appointment or buy a gift card is not welcome, they will not even acknowledge you! This used to be a nice friendly place. There are too many other salons that appreciate your business and don’t ignore you.

I've had better, I've had worse. The location is very clean (important). They have dazzle dry which I love. But overall today was just ok. My cuticles could have been neater. I'd go back but he sure to ask for my cuticles to be cleaner if they weren't next time.

Friendly staff, relaxing environment, clean and a great pedicure from Katrina! I started going to Forest Nails because of a gift card I received. I live several towns over and I am still going there a year later.

From making the appt to leaving, the experience was wonderful every step of the way. The person who answered the phone when I called was kind and thorough, answering all questions in a not-rushed manner. When I walked in, the salon looked serene, clean, calming and inviting. One of the gals helped my friend and me choose a color and answered our questions. The nail specialists, Katrina and Michelle, did a wonderful job on our nails. We were very pleased with the end result. We both noticed that the tools are clean and new, as they were pulled from a new package. We appreciated the sterile tools. We agreed that we'd both come back.

First time ever coming here and i found my new nail salon! The staff was so nice and welcoming! 10/10 recommend! I got a pedicure and a girl named Tina did it and i loved how they turned out! Would give 10 stars if i could!
