I hate when you get in one line and wait patiently, then when it's your turn only find out this lane only takes cards, then you get in another line and wait again, this line you have to be a member, now you have to go to third lane and wait again. By now I'm flustered and decided to pass on the items. Instead of the employee telling me how to become a member, she just says I have to be a member for this line. How about also saying " to become a member you can simply do this" They should have signs posted Cards Only, Members Only, NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE ABOUT TO CHECK OUT THEN DISCOVER YOU WERE IN THE WRONG LINE!!!! I HATE THAT!!!

I had two top-tier MVP class customer support team members help me in this Walmart today and I mean they provided next-level customer service. I even gave the young lady the Hershey chocolate bar that I bought only to try to get cash back at her suggestion when their ATM didn't provide credit card cash withdrawals because even though that didn't work either, she was doing everything she could think of to try to help me and I appreciated it.

I normally do my shopping here once a month and I normally go to the self checkout and scan my products well this time while there I scan my Coke products first and left it in the car one of the clerks came over and pretended to do something on the scanner and I noticed my receipt she scanned my pop again so I paid double for it she acted like that I hadn't scanned it

The grocery pickup service is a joke. The only time they are somewhat reliable is if you get a 7am pickup slot. Other than that, I wait a minimum 45 minutes for someone to come out and that's AFTER asking employees if they can pick my order

My brother and I went to get oil for my car and picked up a few other things. We were in and out with no problems. Usually, it takes forever to check out, but this time, the self check out was moving well because there was an associate there navigating everyone, which helped a lot.

I have been a faithful customer of Walmart for years, that ended yesterday. The pharmacist “Regina” is literally the reason why. The pharmacy technicians are amazing wonderful workers, but the way that Regina speaks to the technicians, Walmart corporate needs to do something asap. Regina speaks to the employees in a condescending, rude, know it all manner. I am a corporate professional and I have never even thought of speaking to my employees the way that I visually have seen her speak to those employees. Regina- you are not better than anyone you work with. They are the reason “your” pharmacy runs smoothly because it seems like you will clearly crumble under pressure. There has to be someone that can guide Regina in the Walmart corpotate office position as to proper respectful leadership. Yesterday I finally decided I will never ever shop with Walmart Lansing pharmacy again. To the technicians- keep doing the wonderful job you guys are doing even though it’s always so many customers, and remember even though someone has a bit of a higher position you deserve respect. Remember there is always an HR office that isn’t on anyone’s side but the right side. She deserves to be reported immediately.
