Call the bank today had a little issue with one of my accounts spoke to a wonderful new employee named Jordan she went above and beyond my expectations I have been banking at hometown for many years and would always recommend them! Way to go Jordan keep up the good work

This is a great place to bank. I trust this bank to operate ethically and with my interest in mind. The employees are kind, helpful, and they offer a full range of services, from traditional accounts, online banking app, a few convenient branches, a drive-through, safe deposit boxes, a trust department, etc. They decorated the interior with photos of old La Salle, and I really love that. They often have cookies, and comfortable seating areas, which I like when I bring clients to the bank for estates. The employees participate in helping La Salle and the building and grounds are always attractively maintained and always welcoming. I highly recommend Hometown (though I miss the old name, La Salle National Bank).

Friendly staff, nice environment. Atm available outside 24/7. The bank app and website is pretty confusing, not user friendly.
