Parking lot is a disaster

At this point it's pretty ridiculous the Village hasn't stepped in to do something about this strip center. From what I've heard, rent is high and the strip center is depressing and extremely outdated. The landlord should be responsible for upkeep of the parking lot, the monument sign that is falling apart and updating the facade. OR; A nice downtown center can go in place of this unwelcoming plaza and serve as a welcoming place to do business in Lindenhurst. Let's face it, most tenants are gone at this point and it's obvious why.
