A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).
Combine that with their genuine friendliness and you have what auto service should be everywhere, but rarely is.

I don’t typically write reviews, but my husband and I have been so impressed with the customer service and quality that Craig and his crew provide. About a month ago, when it was still blazing hot out, my AC had gone out and I was in desperate need for someone to look at it. My husband dropped it off here and a few hours later, we got the call it was ready. Super quick and efficient and very friendly. The day after, we got a text from Craig checking in about how the AC was running and if things were working as they should. Since then we’ve been back to get my brakes and rotors repaired, and they were done on the same day. Pricing is really reasonable, and work is done quick and efficiently. I highly recommend!

Craig and his team are the friendliest, most approachable and helpful mechanics I've ever met. As a young woman who often takes her own car for maintenance, I've dealt with a lot of patronizing crap and predatory upselling over the years, but everything at Craig's is totally transparent and straightforward. They are always very responsive to phone calls and honest about whether there will be a long wait, but they've often gotten me in same day or within a few days and had me in and out very quickly. So grateful to have found "my" car mechanic - a hidden gem for sure!

My daughter was driving and had the water pump bearings go out, which then caused the water pump to come loose and the coolant to drain and the serpentine belt to break. I appreciate that Craig and team gave us a fair estimate and then took care of the issue. They clearly communicated how long the repair would take and the expected cost. My impression is that this is an honest and respectable garage to have work done at. Thank you.
