My friend from work recommended Home Pride Service to clean my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. They did an absolutely amazing job, every room was spotless, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Everything looked and smelled fresh and clean. The girls were professional, punctual, and very respectful of my space. I highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate on cleaning after we painted our home. The appt was for 7:30-8am Sat morning with Filipe. I waited until 8:20am, called the “emergency” number, which was only a voice mail recording. I left my name, address and phone number for someone to let me know if they were just running late…no one called, no one showed up. If this is any indication of how they run their business, I would be very concerned if I contracted with them. Based on this, I would not recommend them or hire them.

Stanhope Square is using this so called company. Tell your employees that when there is a 2 story building, the 2nd floor is also part of the building and needs to be vacuumed. Surprise! Never seen or heard of people doing their job like that. There are stairs that rarely get vacuumed just because you are using a wrong kind of vacuum not meant to clean stairs. Totally unprepared! What are we paying for exactly? A job half done. Also good acting by the way, they always try to make an entrance when getting inside the building so loud and you might actually think those people are cleaning and doing their jobs but no, not even close.

This is the 4th time we have used this company to come out and clean our windows, screens and doors. Not only are they punctual to the minute but they automatically put On booties without even being asked to. There two guys that did 17 windows and they were done in an hour. Time quotes to us was 2 pm - 3 pm and that's exactly when they arrived and when they left. Windows, screens and sills were left spotless and Streakless. They were recommended over 4 years ago by a friend who used them for window and gutter cleaning and she was very happy with them and we too are very happy with them and would absolutely recommend them to others.

I called over 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment. They scheduled an appointment for 7/11. I called back today to get time and they had not entered appointment in schedule. Now they say they are not taking new customers. Very unreliable.

Our association has been using Home Pride Services for gutter cleaning for many years and they always do a great job. One of our units needed a new gutter and down spouts and we contracted with Home Pride. Our family has been employing Home Pride Services teams for 10+ years. We use their window, gutter and bi/weekly cleaning services. I trust their staff and have never been disappointed in the services provided.
