The employees will reel you in and making false promises that they will not keep. Be aware that they will do everything to rip you off unless do your due diligence before walking into the store not to get ripped off.

Victor was great. I walked in randomly to ask about maybe switching over carriers. He was able to explain the entire process and helped me through the entire thing. When I arrived to this location today I was helped by Nate h. he was very helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns that I had with my phone. He was able to replace my old phone for a new phone for an upgrade. He was very kind and respectful and was able to resolve the issue that I had. 10 out of 10 experience.

Just stopped in here to fix my ASUS tablet, worked with several individuals in This store before about this issue. Chris Phillips solved the issue and got my tablet back working on the Verizon Network. Now I can Facebook anywhere and watch my movies on the go. Patrick helped us set up our Apple Watch and it was hands down our best experience at any Verizon we’ve been to. Very knowledgeable, kind, and was so efficient. It was quick and easy for us. In the future, for any phone needs, we will definitely go back to see Patrick.
