Do not call Verizon for plan and device upgrade information. They will leave you uninformed, confused, and frustrated. My experience at this Verizon store was amazing! The overall environment was very friendly, and the staff was even more welcoming. Natalie was so kind and helpful as I explained the issues with my SIM card. She was able to fix my phone in a matter of minutes, and as soon as I knew it, I was right out the door. I highly recommend this Verizon store, and am so thankful for the professionalism and knowledge from the staff.

I walked in and met someone named Lee, he seemed to know what he was doing as he was busy with two other people at once on one account.I had gone in to do a line transfer from a SIM card to an e-sim, he multi-tasked bringing up my account and then asked if it was pre-paid. Soon as I agreed he said right away as if he was waiting for it, said he can’t help and to call over the phone.I don’t blame him because I understand there are limits to what one can do given that I worked in his spot once, I find it frustrating how Verizon is shaped to fail in some areas of service like this.I had tried already over the phone twice and spent 2 hours with a rep, they managed to only tangle me more into what little they could understand so I won’t be calling again to get help on it.

I’m returning to Verizon after being a longtime customer then switching due to bad cs. Coming back was relatively easy, but I had set up Verizon Home Internet two months prior and that seems to have caused some issues. Also I was originally told I’d get $200.00 to come back with my own device, but then I was told a week later that I couldn’t have it. Bait and switch is never a good customer experience, even when it’s an honest mistake.Overall, cs in store was friendly and positive. I believe that Natalie did everything she could to try to fix this mistake.

I forgot the name of the person who helped me, I think he was the store manager but let me just say, he was incredibly kind and compassionate. I had dropped my phone in the lake and was without a phone so I couldn't access my accounts. It was close to closing time and he still took me in to help me get a phone the same day. The other verizon on townline road turned me away due to time, but the store owner here didn't. ??

Lee was amazing. He helped us with every step of the way of getting our new phones activated, data transferred and dressing them to their bests. He answered all of the questions we had and offered further support even once we left the store. We ran into some issues with the initial order being placed at another store but he worked with Verizon Corporate to help us out. Highly recommend seeing Lee for all of your tech needs.

Lee and Natalie went above and beyond with their help. I saw their interactions with several different customers and they never lost their patience or became frustrated (especially on an iPhone drop date).

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had getting a new phone. Lee not only got me the best deal possible but was incredibly friendly and charismatic, keeping me entertained throughout the long data transfer process and knowledably answering all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this location for any Verizon needs.

My husband and I just got new phones from this store. Natalie and Lee were super knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They helped make sure that we got the plan and phones that made most sense for what we wanted and needed. The process was quick and easy.

Lee is super rude and refuse to give customer service. His voice volume goes up and says i am not an enemy. Instead of figuring out the problem.... also he said to trainee girl go to back room and close the door… like what for….I hope they have camera. When i was just sitting there no extra move , when i wasn’t yell…. He just make me fool there…. He made mistakes while he talk to much about not necessary stuff about life when i visit first time . I had to come back for fix (which i did not complain) . He also doesn't tell about service fees that applies to your account. Maybe he doesn't know... if i can talk to customer service on the phone and get problem solved , why would we need a store with tempered manager.After i had this kind of humiliation, i read all the reviews with Lee. He called police on someone and discriminated someone… plus yelp more than 10 bad review ….what kinda person is he?Girls who work there are nice though.

Lee was great. I had an issue with my pixel watch which he quickly assessed and corrected. Any future Verizon concerns or purchases I will make with Lee. Friendly, professional and extremely competent.

Update= Lee is NOT THE OWNER OF THE STORE OR THE DM LIKE HE CLAIMED. I got a hold of the operations manager,Sweta who put me in touch with the appropriate party to handle this issue at their Corp office in NY. The company stated that they will be parting ways with Lee and his location will no longer be standing. I told u don’t judge a book .If you ever have issues at this store in the mean time go to their website from google and call the Milwaukee store and ask for assistance in dealing with the Long Grove store or call their Corp office on NY. They are a huge help.I went into this store to talk to Lee about switching from T-Mobile. I called Verizon first to see if I could just pick up my phone in store but they weren’t a corporate office but this store was close to my house. I told Lee my credit was already ran but he sense that to be an issue. I gave him my drivers license to run my credit again. He took my ID and then gave it back and told me to have a nice day with a very bad attitude.I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 15 years and needed a new phone. Because carriers don’t offer the same deals for upgrades as they do new lines, I decided to switch providers. My phone is also out of memory and acts up. I couldn’t wait to be mailed a phone and didn’t want to drive to another store that closed an hour earlier than this one did, especially if I can get a new phone today and have my content switched over.When evaluating fraud Lee, you should reconsider what u believed in today, when someone is SWITCHING PROVIDERS, TRADING IN A PAID OFF DEVICE, and A CURRENT CUSTOMER OF MY PROVIDER FOR OVER 15 plus years. These are all things u can verify.I believe I was racially profiled and discriminated against. I will find out who the National account rep is for this store and get assistance on how to complain. This was triggering bad. Once I have my services activated, and bring my number of from T-Mobile, I’ll make sure that account representative knows how long I’ve been with my current provider and how this store missed out on a new line of service because the “Lee” the store manager so he says, discriminated against me. Go to another store. Especially if you are African American.This one isn’t it!!!!! Lee what you failed to understand is that I’ve worked in the wireless industry for over 20 plus years and ex military. I understand what u thought this transaction could be I’m im not that guy.I value my credit and I’m in good standing with my current provider. Never judge a book by its cover but I promise you will here from me through Verizon sooner than later.
