I experienced poor customer service as well as being followed around the store like a hawk. Employees had plenty of time to watch over you, but could not verbalize any form of acknowledgement or provide a welcoming experience. Did not purchase anything due to poor experience.

Wonderful gem of a store. I have lived in the area for a few months and a friend just introduced me to Within Reach. The merchandise was perfect with everything from seasonal needs to everyday use! I picked up a few gifts for my bridal shower hostesses and the owner was friendly, helped me find the perfect piece for each one and wrapped them beautifully. I cannot wait to go back and find a new assortment of things for my home!!

Home decor and gift shop, with some Midwestern finds. I liked the holiday plates bearing the phrases "Another one bites the crust" and "Can-berry Sauce" (dish shaped like half a can of jellied cranberry sauce). Heavy on fall decor right now and of course the gnomes that have become a holiday trend for the last few years. Worth a look if you're in Long Grove.

Within Reach is by far the best shop in Long Grove! They have some of the most unique items on the first floor & The second floor has the cutest baby clothes & gifts! So if you want something special & made with quality you really need to stop in and see Marian, the owner, who will make your time there an enjoyable one!

Within Reach is one of my absolute favorite shops! The owner is amazing and the selection in the store is always wonderful! A lot of gift, decor and entertaining types of items. They always have super cute seasonal decorations, too. They also carry Nora Fleming serveware and minis, which are so much fun and great gifts! Be sure to check them out!
