I have had my 1998 Toyota Camry serviced in Rockford, IL for two decades, and at almost 200,000 miles, this week was the first time any of many have even mentioned or serviced the Throttle Position Sensor by removing, testing, and resetting it with my Toy computer. My Toy is once again fine for hopefully many more miles.

My experience with Waun is horrible. The shop was ran more ethical and fair when Brian owned the shop. Waun will tell you he looked at your car a claim it’s more of a major issue then it actually is. Then proceed to take your money hide your car in the back of the building and act as if it’s getting fixed on knowing he just did a quick fix. He had me pay $2800 for a timing chain on my traverse and it went out the next we and began doing the same things. Waun is full of crap don’t waste your time or money. We want Brian back!

Went there to fix my car and it ended up being worse than when I brought it there, not to mention the lack of care they give to their customers. They forgot to even put on my engine protector… very disappointing.

They did an alignment but didn't tighten the lug nuts enough and my tire almost fell off, snapping 2 stud bolts in the process. After they repaired the damage they had the balls to ask for payment on something they caused. Tried saying $200 when parts were no more than $30 and labor was on them because they caused it in the first place. Do not go there, there's 3 other repair shops on the same stretch of road.

Juan does not stand by his repairs. Had a new timing chain installed and it still does not work. Juan wont fix the issue.Do not trust his work.
