Raynor of Rockford gets FIVE STARS!!! Aubrey in the office was so courteous and scheduled our emergency same afternoon. Brian, the tech, was SUPER! I watched him most of the 30 MINUTES it took him to re-set the door on the track, change BOTH CABLES, align the door, and reapply the power. It works GREAT! You've got a lifelong customer!P.S. The bill was very modest, probably because Brian is so quick. He will retain many customers for you.

Worst service!!!! The kid that came to look at my door had no idea what he was doing. They charged me for a service call, which I expected, but they also charged me for labor done when there was none. I called the office a number of times and was told not to pay the invoice by one person, then called by another person in the office a few weeks later asking me to send payment. Nobody could ever give me an answer about the details of my invoice.

We had them install our garage door 20 years ago. A few days ago for the first time our seal on bottom of door broke so they replaced it and lubricated my door.

I am not a happy camper. Thought they were going to install my garage door tomorrow. It took forever for the salesperson to get back with me after giving me an estimate and now the door isn't going to be installed tomorrow like I thougvht.

The springs on my garage door broke. I called and they came out that afternoon! The young men were very polite and quickly replaced the springs for me.

I had a spring snap on my garage door and, at the same time, the garage door opener was kind of a pain in the butt. When the spring snapped, I couldn't open the door without unplugging and replugging the opener back in. I called Raynor and they were out to my house three hours later and had the spring replaced and the new opener installed within an hour and a half of arrival. Julie was great with customer service and Luke did a great job!
