Recently had WINDOW WORLD out to replace a damaged porch screen on our enclosed deck area. the workers were on time and completed a perfect job. WINDOW WORLD is a veteran owned company & I highly recommend them

Window World did excellent work on my new siding. I had all new windows done by them too. Highly recommend them. They were so professional and timely. They actually came out earlier than the date they had given me! Tim, Steven and Thomas; all did a wonderful job, as well as Shawn who came out and told me what was going to be done and did a walk through after the job was finished. Maria is an excellent manager there and she took care to see that I got everything I wanted done. What a great team! Thanks for all the hard work you all put in.I highly recommend Window World and have recommended them to all my friends.

I had a window that was cut wrong when I bought my house and the installation was challenging and Seth took the time and made sure over and over that it was perfect which was a challenge. Between Seth and Kevin they tackled the job with professionalism and ultimate craftsmanship. My windows are all beautiful like a new house again. Thank you window world

Even 1 star is a stretch. When the city shows up and makes them take down the siding, they just installed....there's your sign. Who knew your supposed to tape the insulation seams prior to putting up the siding? They knew but told me "the boss" didn't order any tape for us" but yet they put it up anyway ! The "boss" they were referring to is Shawn Malm from Envision Exteriors, who WW of Rockford told me is one of their employees. I specifically asked on day 1 if they subcontract out and I was told "NO" The job issues escalated from there and Mr., Malm was no longer welcome on my property and told me he wished I never hired them. Again, all under the supervision of WW of Rockford who is owned by Scott Williamson. I had a list just to name a few, from crooked loose outlets, brand new light fixtures that were loose, replacing an attic vent with one they chose, to not trusting what was under the siding on my garage and if it was taped properly. I don't have eyes in the back of my head to stand guard over a crew nor should I have to. To Scotts credit he did come out a few times to address my concerns, but still insisted the crew was the "best in the business" and made the comment of "how many companies do I know of that have the owner comes out to a job site " My response was, " You should, it's your company, your reputation on the line" No pats of the back from me for coming over and I had had enough. I told him he wasn't getting a penny more until the job was completed to my satisfaction after I consulted with an attorney. This was not an insurance claim, it was all out of pocket, so yes, I expected my home to be sided as if it was their own. In the end after I threatened nonpayment, WW sent a new crew, and their fixer, as they call him (why do they even need a "fixer" in the first place) who was honestly the only one who knew what he was doing and felt I could trust to make things right, and he did. He removed all the siding from my garage, re-taped some areas and re-installed the siding, as well as fixing the other issues. Never again and I wish I would have listened to my gut instincts and fired them after the city found how they were cutting corners and being dishonest with me from the start.

Window World is highly recommended for quality, service and value!!!! We had all new windows, siding, trim and gutters installed and have been nothing but pleased with all aspects. We recently encountered very strong winds (cyclone style) and one piece of fascia was torn off. Window World has an appointment scheduled within a day and repair done within 3 days of the storm. We are very happy customers! Thank you for your professionalism!

When looking for a quality company for windows you want topurchase them from Window World of Rockford. From oursalesman Brad in helping us select beautiful windows, Laura setting up our appointment and handling the delivery and I can not say enough about the installers Mike, Alex, Ethan and Parker. The weather was 25 degrees outside and these menworked with complete excellence on every detail despite how cold it was. They were very personable as well as organized when installing our windows. We appreciate each one one ofyou for transforming our home so beautifully.
