They towed my car through AAA, damaged it, when my insurance company called them, my insurance company was told the damage was already done and that they took pictures b4 and after and would provide those photos! Now we are avoided like the plague! If there is pictures, why hide???? UPDATE!!! The pictures, from them we finally got 6 months later in court, clearly shows the before when they are picking up my car with only a rock chip and the After when they are dropping off with a nice chunk gone!!!!!!! But they say the damage was already there! Hope the judge sees what i see! To me it's obvious

Had to have a Harley towed to the shop with a flat rear tire, Mike came within an hour made sure the bike was safe and secure and made it to the shop. Highly recommend!

Needed a Tow contacted GM roadside they contacted AAA which got a hold of Miller Towing. They had great Communication the guy who picked me up was really nice and helpful knowledge about cars. I highly reccomend them any time! Base out of Machesney Park he was able to help me in Clinton Wisconsin. I was shocked how fast he arrived after doing a previous call/Pickup.

My car’s transmission was blown on I-39 and I ended up stuck at a Loves Truck Stop just south of Rockford. I called AAA and the sent Mike from Miller Towing LLC. Mike, in the middle of a rain storm, go my car hooked up and towed me all the way back home (60 Miles). Mike was excellent the entire time and engaged in conversation with me to help distract me from my ruined day. I highly recommend Miller Towing LLC and I’m thankful for Mike!

They helped us in a real pinch when our car broke down 60 miles from home on a very cold Sunday. Extremely reasonable price to tow us all the way back home, and our driver couldn't have been kinder. Thank you, Miller Towing!

Mike from Miller Towing is an excellent worker! He went above and beyond for us when our car wouldn't start and AAA dispatched them to tow it home. It was the day before Thanksgiving and even though they were backed up a few hours with constant calls and Mike couldn't find our vehicle he came to our address to pick up a family member to go find it. He was super kind, friendly and had our car home in less time than he originally estimated and he was coming from a call in WI! We were very impressed! He dropped the car perfectly in a parking spot and was a pleasure to deal with. You really do not find many people who are willing to go the extra mile and put in more effort than required on the job, but Mike did that all while being his kind self. He really did brighten a not so great car problem for us and we truly appreciate him. He's a great guy and a hard worker. Please treat him very well this Christmas. He deserves it! Thanks again, Miller Towing and Mike. This is a class act business and I highly recommend them!

Earlier this morning, my seat belt got caught on the inside of the driver's door. Somehow, all four doors became locked with my keys in the car. Please don't ask how I did that...:-) :-)
Anyway, we contacted Miller Towing, LLC.
Alex showed up within 30 minutes, even though he was on the other side of town. He was efficient, fast and proceeded to unlock our vehicle with such professionalism.

I've only had one bad experience with Miller, that was a while back tough. I've used them six times over the years through AAA. They're great!
