Was not impressed
So on my son's 16th birthday last week we walked in to buy 2 jeeps one for me and one for my son 16th birthday... It was around $30,000 for both jeeps... I had cash for one jeep and was going to finance the other jeep... BUT NOPE
so we was ready for a test drive.. SO IM 60 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A GREAT DRIVING RECORD AND THE 70 year old sales person had to be in the car we us... I was there before and test drove a jeep and it was just myself and my son... My son even took pic of us driving that jeep.. all he said was he had to ride with us.. I said WHAT and he said yeap I have to ride with YOU...I SAID NO THANKS AND WE WALKED OUT... MY SON WAS A LITTLE UPSET BUT HE KNOWS I WILL MAKE IT UP TO HIM.... I JUST DONT NEED A 70 YEAR OLD PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME IN A JEEP WE WAS BUYING.WHEN I TALK TO THESE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE THE WEEK BEFORE AND IT JUST FELT LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM...SO THEY LOST A $30,000
SALE AND THEY DIDNT CARE... I GUESS I SHOULD OF READ ALL THE REVIEWS.. THIS PLACE HAS UPSET A LOT OF PEOPLE..
SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE TIME HERE.. WE HAVE OTHER CAR LOTS THAT WE CAN BUY FROM...... SO MY SON DID'NT GET HIS FIRST CAR ON HIS 16TH BIRTHDAY... AND HE WILL NEVER HAVE A 16TH BIRTHDAY AGAIN SO YOU RUINED THAT FOR HIM.. IF YOU WOULD TREAT PEOPLE A LITTLE BETTER YOU WOULD BE A LOT BUSIER AND EVERY BODY WOULD BE GLAD THAT YOUR HERE.... WELL I HOPE YOU GUYS GET BETTER ITS NOT THAT HARD TO BE NICE TO PEOPLE... HAVE A GOOD DAY

Gary, Deb and JR were absolutely amazing to me. I went in to buy a 2017 GMC Acadia (sold before I got there) ended up buy a 2018 Chevy Traverse which I am completely in love it! No issues no headache no stress! I recommend Speedway Auto Mall with 5 stars❤️

I have bought the biggest piece of crap I've ever owned from these crooks and they knew exactly what they were selling me as well..I had worked a whole year just to get the little credit I had and then they put me in a truck in Nov that had maybe been driven a total of 30 days and it is now almost June the following year and the rest of the time it has been broken down while I make super high payments ..I would watch these slick crooks cause they are no good but lucky for others I have a high google review following so these good people never make the mistake to come here and get ripped off ..I have had some vehicles with problems but I have spent over 5000 grand in repairs and the piece of 00

Bought a car, took over 4 hours. Vehicle was sold with a multiple broken systems, non working lights, damaged wind shield. All of these defects. Didn't find this out until after purchase and taking it to an independent shop. Over 5 grand quoted to get it back to road safe conditions. This place lied about everything every step. From the sales man saying it was all inspected and guaranteed to be working to the only repair I tried to have done here taking 3 days instead of same day! Never purchase from this place.
