If I could rate only a half star, I would. I visited the store around 10 a.m. on July 11, 2024, and the laziest worker waited on me. I recently called customer service and had detailed billing added to my monthly bill, which I didn’t realize we could do (it’s stupid that it isn’t already on the bill). So, I wanted to get a printout of my call history from the past several months. I asked him how far I could go back, and he quickly said, “We don’t do that because it uses too much paper.” What kind of flimsy excuse is that?
Then, he tried to tell me he could only print the “previous bill or two.” I told him that made no sense and that I had a right to see my call history, but he ignored me. This worker looked like he had just crawled out of bed. He refused to make eye contact and kept looking over my head at the window. He wanted no part in helping me whatsoever. He also kept checking his cell phone while I sat there. He ended up printing me out only ONE MONTH of calls. He also tried to tell me that detailed billing is automatically put on our bill and that it’s located at the very bottom. I said I just had it added to my bill, and it was never there before. So, he LIED to me. This guy was very unprofessional and should be fired.
Do not go to this store. Drive to another one because this one is absolutely the WORST.

I was just in this store & was denied any help after being told by customer support to go into a store & they could help me with the problem my son was having with his phone. They wouldn't even look at the phone or look at the account.The two workers was very rude & disrespectful to me.

I went in there yesterday to pay on my phone plan and to upgrade my phone. They was very helpful and understanding about getting me the kind of phone I wanted.

Would like to say thank you for all the help fixing my phone. After calling customer support and being denied technical support and the lady I spoke to said there was nothing they could do to correct the issue I was having. I came into the store and you had it fixed in about 2 minutes. Thank you so very much!

Talk to Alex. Was very nice and answered all my questions while I juggled talking to my parents on the phone about options. Ended up going a different route but the staff provided excellent customer service!

I'd initially approached the company about buying an overseas data plan but was told it's not worth it and to just get a sim card at the airport. However the network must be unlocked and in order for it be be unlocked, the phone must be paid off. They did however, text me after landing, letting me know I could go online and get an overseas data plan...but the plan has to be set up in the U.S. Total incompetence.Couldn't have less faith in a company. Stay far, far away.

Been dropping off my US Cellular bill payment here for a long time in their drop box. Have had issues on more than one occasion when the payments are not being processed in a timely manner when they are dropped off three days in advance of the due date. There by creating a late fee because their not processing payments from the drop box in a timely manner. When I contacted the store about this issue, the girl admitted that they may overlook processing payments on a daily basis because they are so short staffed, and only open four hours on Sundays. That's not the customers problem.

Limited options for products and services. I could not reduce my line from an unlimited data plan without increasing the price of the other line on my plan. (I seriously could not choose to spend any less money! I apparently have to keep paying for unlimited data, even though my phone is paid off.)So they tell me I can't pay any less than $55/month for my line.And then I see a commercial that you can walk into U.S. Cellular and get a new, single line for only $30/month.I'm seriously thinking about switching providers. (Especially if phone companies are gonna be nicer to new customers than they are to ones who have been with them for years.)

Worst place ever! Expect you to wait 2 or 3 hours. Restaurants allow you to sign up on your phone to hold a place in line then check in when it is your turn. Everyone goes on weekends, you should adjust your hours and staffing to meet demand. Also, a transaction should not take an hour and half to complete after spending 2 hours in line. Get a better system.

Took my mother in. Neither of the employees greeted us. The two women sitting and waiting ahead of us were more helpful. One employee talked so loud the whole store could hear that customers business. It was very loud. For anyone in customer service, a simple hello I’ll be with you as soon as possible, means everything. At one point four customers waiting while the two employees worked with customers. No sense of urgency.
