Terrible. Signed up for the monthly car wash program. Wanted three months. It took three attempts to get them to cancel and they refused to refund my money. They would claim they cancelled the account and then it would charge me again next month. No refund, even though it was their mistake, even though they charged me after I had told them to cancel my account. Sixty dollars wasted. Avoid like the plague. It's not worth the risk.

The actual wash itself is not bad but everytime I go through to car was my front license plate comes out folded in half. Also this car wash broke my antenna. Haven't used it since this happened.

I signed up for their car wash "special." Three months of unlimited washes, at $20 a month. It's been 8 months, and $20 continues to be taken from my account, like clockwork, monthly, despite me asking them in person to take my account information out of their system. What a scam.

Today I went to the Wash n' Run to purchase the unlimited works club car wash for $19.99 for 3 consecutive months as clearly stated on the card I received in the mail only to find out it was false and misleading advertising where they wanted to $60 for 3 months at $19.99 per month! It ckesrly states on the bright glossy card $19.99 unlimited works club valid for three consecutive months. How unethical to have this bait and switch tactic. I'm very upset and urge everyone to be aware of their tactics. I will be referring this to the Will County States Attorney.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Walk in beer cave is cool. Free vacuums at the car wash is a huge plus!
