We recently had Hawkeye do some repair work on our sprinkler system. The technician that came out was named Charlie, I explained what was not working and he went right to work checking out the system. He was very knowledgeable and pinpointed out what the problems were. He had everything up and running quickly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he was a pleasure to talk to. He is a quality technician, and you need to hang on to him.

I received excellent customer service from Hawkeye. Geo came out today to make a few sprinkler system adjustments. He was prompt, very courteous and had my system running smooth in no time. Thanks Geo!

Highly recommend. I had a 20 year old system in the home that I bought but previous homeowner took contolroller out and capped water off. I had several companies out to look at getting it going but no one wanted to work on it. Ty had his technician come by and we tried to get it running but there were just too many problems from the older system. We decided to just do a whole new system pretty much. Ty gave me a very fair price even though guys had been working on the sysytem 2 different times. 1 week later I was up and running. Everyone one Tys crew was very professional punctual courteous and mindful of not tearing up my property. I highly recommend!

Always good response. The first tech was not accustomed to our setup. I understand his response but overlooked damaged nozzle that I had warned office. The second tech was excellent and easy to deal with. Job was completed satisfactory .

We purchased a house with an existing sprinkler system. Hawkeye came and checked it out and it was nothing but leaks. They gave us a quote, came out and basically installed all new valves, lines and sprinkler heads in only a couple of hours. Very well run crew who cleaned up after the work was done. They exceeded my expectations...highly recommended!!

We have been searching for professionalism across the board since we’ve newly built. We were wanting a sprinkler system put in and could not get a honest quote, or even return phone calls. The owner or Hawkeye came out personally, explained his plans, and as promised sent a quote with product literature the same day. Speaks volumes! You don’t find that anymore. We’ve scheduled with them based on that experience alone. We will repost our experience when the project is complete!

Tye, the owner, and his employees are always very professional and very courteous. Michael has been fabulous at solving any issues I've had with my drip irrigation system. As a retired marketing professor, I look at things from both the consumer and business sides. Hawkeye is a very well-run company. I love the peace-of-mind I have with Hawkeye.
