Opening a checking account had never been easier. I dealt with Austin at the Kroger location and he was very nice and informative. Showed me my options and explained everything in detail. I think I made a very good choice. Highly recommend

A Criminal Organization changed one of my friends checks from a small amount to a very large amount. Banterra caught this, and notified him. They returned his money within just a few days. Thank you Kroger Branch of Banterra Bank.

I had a fraud issue with my bank account. I went to Banterra Marion Illinois Kroger location due to their later hours of being opened. I was fortunate enough to speak with Chelsea Morgan and she went above and beyond to help me get my account closed and a new one opened. She even gave me a follow up phone call the next day to let me know everything looked good with my account. I was so grateful for the outstanding service she gave me.
