Claims to be a family owned business, but yet when you call for customer service you get someone who can barley speak English and you can't speak to someone local. Not recommended if you have an issue locally.

Very clean storage unit, the property has been upgraded with a new security gate around the grounds from the last time I had a unit there many years ago. Very polite staff.

I've been using Marion Self Storage for a few years now and I love them. Last week, my mother managed to lick her phone in the unit, they gave us no hassle about opening the unit to get it out (As the unit we have requires an app to unlock). The climate controlled units are extremely spacious and kept at a comfortable temperature year round.
