4 days late on refinishing dresser. Didn't do everything he said he would. Was an hour late on the day of dropping it off. Didn't install any new hardware as ordered. Stain was still wet when it was delivered late. Dresser was WET and uncovered during transportation so now the top feels like sand paper. Top edges were NOT routed as ordered. He blamed his broken tools. (Not my problem)
