I typically like door dashing loved one’s flowers for special occasions as a little gift. Recently I ordered a set of flowers from this Jewel Osco Flower-Shop and the amount I paid for the bouquet received did not make sense. I paid around $27 for the bouquet and “service fee” and I received 3 lillie’s and 6 roses…not even a full dozen combined. This is disappointing to say the least.

This place is a disaster, loses meds, fails to ship paid meds, lies about policy, charges you multiple times, etc. I encourage everyone that has had a serious issue to report them.

I was in jewel osco in mcHenry looking to purchase some money orders and when I asked the customer service clerk if they sold them he replied yes and then gave me an excuse why he couldn’t print them ( broken machine)his look told me everything I needed to know about this Jewel Osco you will never get my business again I’ve shopped at jewel Osco since I was 14 years old now I’m 56 years old and that clerk chose the wrong words to use

Grab your coffee and sit back because I have ALot to share. I'm not sure exactly but I think at least two years now, (1: I moved out here and 2) I switched from Walgreens after many years of my service in wheeling and Palatine. This was the best and healthist decision I have ever made. I have never experienced such safe, personal, and caring team in my many many years of needing prescriptions or OTC needs. I don't care who comes to pick up their medicine, one of the pharmacists or staff immediately great and the kicker by NAME!! They play such attention to the meds you are taking as well as how you are personally doing! Denise runs a fun, relaxing smiling group of other pharmacists and staff. I could name them all. I feel safe cared about and get laughs for sure. There's 2 things I'm disappointed in 1) when your on the Jewel Osco app it mentions nice things about each department. I think you should mention something about benefits (you don't have to say what just end with like use our app to get in touch with one of our friendly pharmacy staff to find out ways to save on your prescriptions, shots and more, they should definitely be recognized like the other departments and 2) back about 6 months ago and again 3 months ago, I called corporate to compliment and express my trust with every staff member and Denise Coli, really treating her co workers as a pharmacy family and me and the customers. Both times they thanked me. Asked for my email and gave me a case number. They have NEVER responded nor acknowledged the kiddos from me but I'm sure they would act fast if it was a complaint. The fact that I am taking my time to express my feelings of safety, professionalism, humor,speed and smiles is really a , pardon me, damn shame. But you ve got this and I appreciate you taking the time to read my review and hopefully you can give balloons lol or a shout out to the OscoPhamacy Store #1518. Stay wonderful. Now to my review on jewel 🙂

Telephone self help is useless. I will receive text messages saying the script is ready, but the phone system will say it's not. These systems having bad status updates are exactly why I left walgreens. I am less than impressed and will switch pharmacies again if this isn't addressed.

Been going to Jewels my whole life.
(Jewels is the proper way to say it by the way)
A Chicagoland staple.
Pricing has gotten much more competitive in the last few years.
If you are a frequent shopper, or not, their app is worth downloading. Pretty intuitive, andcan save you quite a bit.

I've had no problems with their service in the pharmacy the store is a little different but I would highly recommend the pharmacy excellent customer service skills excellent pharmaceutical skills never have an issue with them never

I was treated very rudely by a young man and the ladies working at the pharmacy for no reason.It really was upsetting to me. Nobody should treat anyone this way.

Service is very slow, minimal sense of urgency when there is a line, no customer concern (ie, sorry for your wait, thank you so much for waiting, etc), my auto fill prescriptions aren’t ever ready on time. The only good part of this pharmacy is the pharmacist Justin. He’s wonderful!

This is a great pharmacy. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are always helpful and courteous. They fill and refill my prescription promptly. I get text message reminders. You can't really ask for more. Recommend.
