2nd vehicle purchased at Sunnyside! Staff, service, admin., everyone at Sunnyside wants to give you a good deal and treat you like family. The whole experience of ordering a truck, picking it up and working with Sunnyside was just so calming, friendly and professional.... If you are buying a vehicle, do it at Sunnyside as you will not feel like you are just a number! Everyone is friendly, kind, personable, professional and just plain nice! They take all the pain and anxiety out of buying vehicles from the big box dealers. No pressure, just professional.

Update....My phone gets voicemails from other people it works just fine. The times I went in for oil changes I asked for the antifreeze smell to be investigated, obviously it was not done either time. Your misdiagnosis when it was said nothing was wrong or my guess it was just never looked at either time. If as you say it was never communicated to your service team to be checked then your check in people are not doing there job correctly to write the issues down when the car is brought in. The other car is my spouses car. Either way use this car service with caution.
Twice within the last several months I have had bad experiences with this dealer. I have taken my jeep to them for the last couple of years never really had an issue. The last 2 times I took my jeep in for a oil change I asked them to check the car out as I was smelling a antifreeze smell coming from the car both times I was told everything was fine. just last week took my car to another mechanic and he found my radiator was bad and had been for quite some time. Took my other car there recently and was told there was over 5k dollars worth of repairs that needed to be done even though less than a couple months before when I had brakes done they found nothing. Ordered parts not thinking, then decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out nothing on the list from sunnyside needed repairs but the other mechanic found a different issue they hadn’t. So needless to say sunnyside has lost my business for 2 cars.

I believe it’s time for the older gentleman and your service department to retire. Not only is he completely unfriendly. He is terrible with customer service and refused to be of any assistance. I did not have the information with me about my warranty, but I made it very clear that I had been to the Crystal Lake Chrysler facility. He could have easily called there to verify my warranty, but made it seem like that was way too much work for him to do. So instead, he let a customer walk out the door I left and made an appointment at the Crystal Lake Chrysler Service department again walk in to Sunnyside Dodge not for anything not to buy a car not for service nothing

Could not find a quality vehicle here. Do your own research and check the cars background yourself. Do not believe the accident free report they provide unfortunately. Had to go elsewhere to find a vehicle. Found honest reports and quality vehicles at fox valley motor works in lake in the hills. Bought my f150 at Motor works instead.

Our Sales Rep. (Brad Koty), in addition to the rest of the amazing staff there, was attentive to our car needs / wants and very kind and friendly to work with.
