Last minute stay. Didn't even no I was going to stay. Rooms are very clean. Beds were very comfortable. I personally think it needs to be updated. Different colors etc .I have stay before a couple times and that been long time ago and they look the same. The only thing I have to say that needs to looked at was the shower water pressure wasn't good... I wud recommend it to someone. Service was great.

Wife and I went to check it out. I went to play blackjack she went for slots. The table was ok 2-3 of us playing. The dealers have 0 personality. I've watched YouTube videos of players making conversion with their dealer. I don't know if it's a Harrah's policy to be robotic but 3 different dealers were the same. 2 of them had trouble with basic math. I'd check out a different casino before I'd go back there anytime soon.

Room had food left in the fridge from previous guest. Didn’t look like any surfaces had been wiped down. The hall ways were freezing but room was very warm even with thermostat turned down. No coffee available before 8 besides the room coffee. This used to be a nice place. I will never stay here again.

Only visted the casino, machines were kind of stingy 😢 but there restaurants food was horrible over priced and terrible

Be warned. Even your response is lame.
I had a price online for under $100 and when I went to book it was well over that. Called in to see what the issue was and they increased it to $220/night. With almost $100 in fees for two nights total.

Not a lot of variety in machines. My fav is Wheel of Fortune but of course those were all taken. The others were all mostly the same. Whatever happened to straight quarter machines?? Obviously we lost but not a ton because we only go on with $100 between us.... Machines didn't even give you many little wins to keep you playing. Just boom, and it's all gone.

Room not ready at 7 PM !!! Booked it over a Month Prior , was told ( its first come first serve ) by shelly / emily … then after another hour of waiting.. tossed us in a smoking room that was Disgustingly Gross, ceiling is Yellow from stains, curtains are filthy and stained, beds are small, toilet doesn’t even flush right lol … can’t wait to try the shower in the morning lol !!! What A Joke !!! Never Again ..
