The doctors are great, you can email them with your issues and they try to get you in quickly. We've been going there for 5 years and recommend.

Expect to wait 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment even if your pet is dying. The person lacked compassion and communicated like a robot wearing too much blue eye shadow. Went to Avenue Animal Hospital for immediate help and top notch support during a difficult time.

My 4 lb Yorkie injured her leg. Mokena Animal Hospital refused to see her today. Even though we have utilized this clinic for 31 years they said no, because we haven't been there in 2 years. So once again we are seeing a vet that we never go to today. I told them this is why we haven't seen you, because when my dogs get sick we get declined.

We are always taken well care of here with all of our animals. We have a kitty with some health issues that needs regular visits multiple times every month. Everyone who works there is lovely however the stand out for me is Dr. Ball! She is the best! She is the kind of person you wanna hug because she is always so sweet, kind and has all the answers. She takes her time with us and never makes me feel like I'm a nuisance with my questions. She makes sure to answer all my questions thoughtfully. I can't recommend this wonderful woman or Clinic enough!

I've been taking my 5 dogs here for years. The staff is great, the vets are wonderful. But their prices have skyrocketed ever since Fazio bought the business. Pure greed! Someone stated on their review that Dr. Fazio is only concerned with making money. I have to agree. She has an expensive horse hobby to supportThey are about 20-30% higher than the average prices of vets in the area! I will be taking my Four legged kids to Carey animal clinic from now on. Do your due diligence people, especially if your cost conscience.

Brought one of my senior dogs into Mokena Animal Clinic for a blood test. Met Dr. B. Was very impressed with this knowledge and bedside manner. He did a very thorough exam on Sammie, and said he was very pleased at how well Sammie was doing at his age, given all his serious medical conditions. I walked out of the clinic feeling that Sammie could not be in better hands. Staff was very professional and friendly as well. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone for their pets.

We have been bringing our pugs to Mokena Animal Clinic for many years. We followed Dr. Kate Ball from another veterinary practice as our little girl loved her. We discovered that the entire staff was friendly and that the dog's wellbeing always came first. Our current pug also loves the staff and loves going to visit her friends at the clinic. She has been seen by all of the doctors at one time or another and they are all "Five Star Plus" in our eyes. When we come in they all know our little girl and they make you feel at home. Many people complained during the COVID pandemic that they could not go in with their pet. While I understand their frustration, the practice's decision to do curbside was made with the pet's wellbeing in mind. If the staff got infected they would have had to close. I'm thankful that Mokena Animal Clinic was able to stay open during the pandemic and that they are still going strong! Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful care that you have given to our pugs. You are all phenomenal!

Drive In service. I understand COVID protocol but we are past 2020 and still their practices are insanely anal. You pull up to the building, someone comes out, you sign papers, they take the pet. Then you must wait in the parking lot, until they are done. More back and forth, then the vet hastily speaks with you in your phone. The whole experience is is very impersonal and hurried. I have never met the vet, yet handed my pet over for a procedure. It was not a positive experience.

Great experience! My fur baby had a retained canine baby tooth. The visit was curbside $58 for the vet visit and then $150 for extraction (include anesthesia and pain meds). Initial visit took about an hour and then the day of the procedure we dropped her off at 7:30 and picked her up at 1pm (they gave us a window of 1-6 for pick up)

1) I was offered to bring Montrose And call when I was there, I was told there was no available appointments and I could wait in the parking Lot to see if a Doctor became available. Keep in mind this was at approximately 3:30pm and you are open until 6pm. 2) I did not call you the next day, I called at 4:31less the ( 1 hour later) to cancel the appointment because Midwest Animal Hospital took him immediately to be euthanized. 3) You can send the remaining medical records to Midwest Animal Hospital

Mokena Animal Clinic (all the doctors and staff) are highly qualified, professional, kind, trustworthy, and caring....for the patient (animal) and for the owners (people). We adopted a golden retriever rescue ~3 years ago. Mokena Animal Clinic treated him with utmost care. They helped us to learn about our new pet and his care. Everything from well dog visits, training, grooming, etc. All the MD's are superb, although our golden loves Dr. B the best! Dr. B treats Gus like he is his own. Treatment plans always take into account our dog's state of wellness/illness. A special commendation for how the clinic handled visits during the pandemic. Staying open during the entire nightmare, they handled visits safely & expeditiously. Although one could not enter the clinic during this time, communication was excellent. Appointments were easily made and kept. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mokena Animal Clinic. My family took our childhood dog to Mokena Animal Clinic and they were always fantastic. Mokena Animal Clinic was the obvious choice of veterinarians when my husband and I adopted our Lab. Throughout the 6 years we have taken our dog to Mokena Animal Clinic, Dr. Fazio and her staff have been excellent. They are very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Mokena Animal Clinic to anyone seeking care for their animal.

Mokena Animal Clinic works very hard to serve our pets and we should be grateful that the doctors there are so dedicated and compassionate. I have full confidence in the fact that my dog, Stella Blue, is loved and cared for by the entire staff each and every visit. She gets nervous and scared as soon as we pull in the parking lot, but I have NEVER felt uncomfortable with having to wait in the lot while the vet techs and vets take her from me to work with her health needs. I know that they love her and have her best interests at heart. People - please be patient while we all work together during this trying time. We're lucky to have these animal lovers in our lives.

Was expelled from the practice when I asked if they were seeing pets over a year after onset of COVID (06.25.21). The head vet had a personal experience with COVID (stated over a year ago via letters and emails to clients). I expressed an OPINION that I felt this was ridiculous at this point (over a year later). If you are terrified of COVID, you can mask. Even health care workers (which my S.O. and I are) do not have to mask 24/7 anymore. The CDC and IDPH are no longer recommending business be closed, etc. I get they are a private business and can do what they want. However, if you are masked and I am masked (which I would have NO issue with) and one or more of us is vaccinated AND you are on the other side of a counter from me.....what is the risk? Next to nil. I respect that they have an opinion and they are entitled to that as well. But I DO indeed believe it is ridiculous to continue to force pets to go in without their owners for a visit that is typically minutes long. They called and left me a voicemail that I am being expelled from the practice, they will no longer see my pet and will email my pet's records to me. I got the email with them bad mouthing me IN THE RECORD. SO unprofessional. Personal opinions, incident reports, etc have NO place in a medical record of a human or a pet. You would think that people who claim to care so much for animals would understand that some pets are very afraid at the vet and their owner's have a heart for their furry family to not hurt or feel alone. Very unprofessional.
