Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in my 43 years with the manager Daniel. Avoid this store especially if you are female. Took my phone to the Sugar Grove store not even 30 minutes later( with my son because that's how bad it made me feel). The "problem" with my new phone (Sim card) was solved in under 5 minutes ( just switched over to the E Sim card) without threats or additional charges.

Please go to any other Verizon location. I was provided incorrect information about my new phone features, incorrect information about my plan and when I confronted the employee about it he gave a condescending "I'm sorry about that." When I said "I don't think you are" he replied, "that's the best compliment I got all day. " I became immediately uncomfortable due his tone and demeanor. To make a mistake is one thing... but to be rude is another.Patrick was noT knowledgable about phone features. Lied about features. It was clear that he just cared about the sale. Had no active listening skills. When I went back the next day he didn't remember me. Had no recollection of a customer he worked with for 2 hours the day prior. But to be rude, condescending, and make the customer feel unsafe is inexcusable.
