I had purchased a complete set of 4 RR logo mats (goes over the lambswool overlays for my 1978 Shadow Roll Royce 35 years ago .I went looking for a similar set of mats, but no luck. What I found was 2 different sets of mats in passable condition for $800.and $975. Because of the poor condition and price of the used mats (they did look half as nice as the ones I owned). I decided to get my mats repaired (new binding) since the face and backside were in excellent condition (but new binding).
I went on Google and researched companies that did carpet repair and asked if they did car mats (I had gone to a few shoe repair shops but their equipment was not capable of this type of heavy work). The companies that got back to me stated they didn't do this kind of work.
Aldo was one of 3 companies that got back to me quickly (the other 2 did not respond back) and asked me a dozen questions in which I sent them 6 images. They got back to me that day stating they could do the work and gave me a price.
Well I sent them the mats and I could not be any happier, their work was excellent, my mats themselves which were in excellent condition, now with the new binding look brand new.

Can’t say enough good things about Albo and Irene. My auto mechanic had recommended Albo to redo the drivers seat on my 1980 Mercedes 450SL. Irene explained that I would not be happy with the color match and that both seats needed to be redone. I went to a couple of other shops and everyone agreed that both should be done but Irene had just right touch of expertise and follow up to make me schlep from the city to Wheeling. They also redid the sun visors and repaired my seatbelts. I am a very picky person but this job is perfection! Thank you to Irene and her team!

After spending significant time attempting to replace a BMW plastic convertible window myself I gave up and found Albo. This is much trickier than one would think but speaking with Albo it was clear they understood the process and potential pitfalls. I was able to drop the car off on a Saturday (appt only) and the window was in by Monday afternoon. Communication was good, happy with the outcome. The quality of the other work around the shop looked very high as well. Price was commensurate with the skills and time needed to complete this job.

We just had Motorhome dinette, sofa/bed, driver & passengers seats reupholstered and Albo did an amazing job. Work was professional, timely and cost competitive. We drove over 200+ miles because they are the best!!!

2008 Jag needed a new headliner. Could not find a resource that we were comfortable with as it is a specialty expertise these days. Finally discovered Albo. Spoke to Irene and visited the shop. Felt the expertise was definitely with Albo. Dropped the car off and picked it up four days later. Very pleased with the result. Craftsmen. Excellent work. Thank you very much. Well done.

I needed my driver side door panel armrest replaced in my 2016 Subaru Outback as it was very worn and torn. Albo Restoration did outstanding work replacing the armrest materials. The price was fair and work was done as promised in a timely manner. The owner Irene was a pleasure to work with through this process. I had a 3 1/2 inch crack in the dash of my corvette. Went in thinking I would just get an estimate and would have to make an appointment for a later date. 30 minutes later my dash was repaired at a very reasonable price. Most strongly recommend!

I found Albo restoration while trying to find a shop that would rewrap a steering wheel for me. Every other 'complete interior' shop I'd asked prior had promptly told me "We don't do steering wheels." I guess they didn't want to mess with the airbag.
I spoke with Irene at Albo Restoration and showed her what needed to be done with my Toyota. She quickly told me the entire process in detail, and gave me an accurate estimate to the final cost. The work was a bit pricey, but Albo uses real bovine leather rather than the synthetic vinyl stuff the cars come out of the factory with these days. After also seeing pictures from reviews of the other work they've done, I felt the price was right for the craftsmanship of the work, and quality of the materials.
A couple business days after I dropped the car off, I got a call and email back from Irene that the car was done, my jaw dropped when I saw the pictures. The new leather matched the rest of the car perfectly. They seamed the leather exactly like the factory wheel was, and the stitchwork was beautiful.
From dull, black, and starting to flake, to smooth, two-tone luxury. I couldn't be more happy with the work. Well worth the cost, and the 2 hour drive from Beverly to Mundelein!
I highly recommend Albo Restoration to anyone who's looking to fix their worn auto upholsterey, while also topping-off on the luxury of their vehicle's interior.

Brought my 8 year old Chevy Colorado in to repair torn leather on driver's side seat. They matched and replaced the leather perfectly and the replaced side stitching was excellent- finished it looked brand new. Would recommend these folks for a good results at reasonable pricing.

I had a 1998 automotive driver's seat bolster restored to the original interior components of the vehicle. I did not expect an exact color match but sought an improvement over the existing leather. Irene explained the restoration service process in detail and answered any questions I had. She was on point with her description of the work, knowledge of the process and anticipated result. The work was even better than I could have expected. This is real craftmanship rooted in the traditions of European artistry. I brought my 2006 Honda Pilot for headliner, driver seat, steering wheel, and center armrest restoration. I have to say I was skeptical the leather and the headliner was going to be matched exactly to oem but Irina and her crew got it done perfectly. I cannot recommend a better leather or overall vehicular interior restoration. I will be sure to bring any of my vehicles here for any interior restoration needs.
