This store is a scam! Yesterday I took a lot of products in the cart, I'm standing at the self-service checkout scanning the products, then I noticed that the pomegranate should cost $0.99 on sale, but I see that for 4 pomegranates I should pay $14 instead of $4, I called the staff, they were deleting something for a long time and then adding it again, as a result, the price somehow changed to $4. Then I scan the avocado, which should be $0.69, and again they give me the amount of $1.50 for the avocado, and I took 4 pcs. The store staff came running again, but I left them the cart with the products, turned around and left, this is what I noticed at the checkout, and I didn't even look at the other products to see how much they cost, I didn't want to deal with all this and I just left and I will never come to this store again! In addition, the red fish was 2 days expired and was calmly lying on the counter and being sold!

Employees park at front of store!? And park like this? Her character shows by parking and no have a good day or thanks for coming in at exit and self checkout.
Worst around. Asked farmstand about sunflower seeds and just didn’t really answer but pulled phone out. I said I’ll go check up front. Went back and didn’t even check. How do you not know what product you have you usually stock and tidy up. The other day at morning kiosk needed opening, as she looked as she rolled out of bed with no hello or just give me a minute, etc she opened with a frown and walked away. At exit no thanks have a good day, etc.

Jewel has joined the ranks of the money grubbing corporations. I will no longer step foot in it. They scam you with those fantastic sale prices and then in fine print they tell you it's only if you have their app. How discriminatory. Do we really need another app? I will patronize companies that are reasonable -Aldi and Costco!

Derek is the kind of employee you want representing your company! Service, Personality and Confidence! I’m a Jewel raised girl but have been finding that some have been less friendly and truthfully less helpful. But, I decided to go to this Jewel last minute and thankfully found Derek who was Kind Courteous and Professional! Jewel, less self service and more customer service like Derek is what you need to gain back my business.

I was helped by a sweet young man named Dominic today. He helped me find the rutabaga and when I was looking for a few more he went to the back and brought a huge box for met to pick from. We had a quick exchange about them and I left still thinking about what a positive customer service experience it was. Thanks Dominic!!

I only do online and pickup shopping. Shoppers are great. Rachel and Matt are not only efficient, but also super professional and fun to talk to. I love my Jewel!

Bad customer service, they try to convince you to buy more stuff and I had an app on my phone and the cashier didn’t even bothered to ask if I have the phone number with them. I will never come to this store again. For nothing I spent $30. If I used my phone number I could save up $10. I will never be back to this store!!!!!

Nice gentleman checked us out tonight. A real change of pace from the usual self absorbed kiddies. The chicken is always real good especially when you catch it coming out of the fryer. Wish the people in produce would learn how to stock though. Hate it when they throw the new stuff on top of old mushy stuff. And CLEAN the seafood department you can smell it halfway across the store.

I’ve lived next to this Jewel for almost 30 years. The only reason we go is convenience. The workers are fine but management is terrible. Arrogant. Many problems but I’ll highlight 2. Prices at checkout are way too often different than what you see on the shelf. Their handling of coupons is terrible, the app is the worst. The second is the Deli. There is no urgency. The workers appear to be required to interleave other tasks with handling the counter. Maybe they are handling online orders and making those of us that are right in front of them wait. To me, this is just rude. Not considerate of the customer. What a difference between workers at other grocery stores, even other Jewels, and this. I swear I won’t come back, but it’s so convenient.

I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 SOLELY for the fact that the manager on duty has always gone above and beyond to solve my issue and has always treated me with kindness. However, the fact that I've gone to this jewel several times in the past year for a cake and am told each time that no employee knows how to do it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've gone into the store prior to 5pm, at reasonable hours of the day and am constantly dealing with the same scenario. I've also had to ask for a manager each time so that I don't have to pay for the frosting to attempt to write on the cake myself‐ which I shouldn't have to do. This has always been an included service when buying a cake of any kind at jewel and shouldn't be as big of an issue as they make it to be. This store really needs to retrain the bakery dept and make it a requirement that atleast one person on duty in the bakery has the capability to write a simple message on a cake. I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt & have given this location plenty of chances; but have always gotten the same experience. I will no longer be purchasing cakes for ANY occasion at this location, it's simply not worth the headache and disappointment.
