We found Naperville Shoe through a Google search. My son's leather Timberland boots needed some serious TLC, including sole repair. They not only glued the sole back on, but stitched it to the toe. Excellent work, very fair pricing. Will definitely be returning.

Great place with good prices. I tried a different shoe repair and compared what they would charge to repair a pair of boots and Naperville Shoe Repair was more in line with I could afford. They ended doing a great job in the boots I plan on making Naperville Shoe Repair my "go to" shop for work that I may need in the future.

Zipper was coming undone from my clarinet case and the case was pretty much unusable. Every other shop I took it to said they'd have to replace the whole zipper and it would be expensive. Pete said the zipper could be re attached and his price was great. Can't even tell the repair was done and it has held up strongly for 2 years and counting.

Not professional. Smelly. Dark. Took over a week to add heel taps. And cost $20. 2nd pair of shoes? Never repaired. I called and called. Went to the store 3 times. Grumpy man made me feel like it was my problem he didn't have the correct dye color for my scuffed shoes. Held on to my shoes for over 6 weeks... never cleaned them nor fixed the scratch. I decided to just take the shoes and find another shop. Again... he complained some delivery person who he ordered dye from as at fault. Zero accountability. I guess if u need black men's shoes shined? He's your guy. But for any real repairs... drive to Oak Park. Tony's on Oak Park Avenue is a Master craftsman.

My husband and I came here after seeing reviews and we were not disappointed! My husband and I went out to dinner and he wore his brand new leather jacket that we recently purchased on our trip to Italy. We didn't notice till later in the evening that there was a massive stain on the back from someone spilling what we believed to be some kind of oil. We brought the coat to Naperville Shoe, luggage and tailors. He cleaned and repaired the jacket to make it look brand new. We definitely thought it was a lost cause and were so happy with the results. They we so kind,professional and have excellent service. Also very reasonablein price for the workmanship that is put into each project. They also repaired my husband's Burks to fix them brand new! So appreciative of their hard work!

What a great shoe shop. I needed a few pairs of dress shoes to be cleaned and polished. This was my first time here. Great service and good prices. My shoes look new! And I bought a pair of new dress shoes , that they sell, that I really liked.
