I love the convenience of the USPS substation at Oswald’s.. I don’t know the last time I went to a post office. They can do anything the main p.o. can do except passports. I was thrilled when I found out they are able to print prepaid return labels for QVC. I suspect they can do that for other online shopping returns. Becky and Katie are very pleasant and helpful. They are even available after main post office hours!

I just bought my third lift-recliner, this one for my elderly mom. I've had great service each time, from the sales people to the delivery guys. I continue coming to Oswald for the great service, premium products, and large inventory despite the almost 40 miles each way. Keep up the great work!

Oswald’s is an amazing store whose employees truly care about their customers. I was in desperate need to find an Oxygo provider who would help me repair my daughter’s oxygen concentrator. I had been turned down by every store I called because I had not purchased my device from them. Not only was Eraldi willing to help, he spent several months following up with the manufacturer and advocating for me to get my Oxygo repaired. As this is an emergency use device that my daughter could not be without, he allowed me to keep his rental until mine was returned. He only charged me for the first month and waived all further fees. I am very grateful for his concern and commitment to facilitating the repair and making sure my daughter was safe while we waited for ours to be returned. Oswald’s is a store you can trust! I highly recommend it!

We recently purchased a reclining lift chair for our mother from Oswalds Pharmacy in Naperville. This is the second chair we purchased from them, the first being 10 years ago.
Oswalds offers a huge selection of reclining lift chairs on the premises which made choosing the right fit fpr our mom much easier. Both employees Julie and Karen were very knowledgeable about the product and took their time with us. They assisted us with mom trying out various chairs, and were able to answer our questions about the product.
The delivery of the chair was quick and the drivers were pleasant to work with. They set the chair up and explained how to use it.
We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Oswalds.

I was trying to taper off of ssri medication per my doctor. Who was telling me to open the capsules and pour the little beads into water. My symptoms were terrible and my doctor had no idea what he was doing.
Staff here helped me and gave me good advice on how to taper and to not open the capsules with this medication. They were patient and kind and I really appreciated having someone that knew what they were doing to help me off of a medication that is hard to taper off of. Thank you so much
