Robin provides great customer service and I chose to drive further to this location back in 2022 when I first got my pup Baci because Dr Hannah listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions about vaccines. I continue to bring Baci here for care because they take good care of him and it’s worth it!

I just had to write a review of Countryside Animal Clinic, because they have given the most incredible care to all of my pets. My 10 year old French bulldog, Bruno, recently became very ill. We had to make the decision to put him down as he was starting to have seizures and decline quickly. Mary, Countryside's manager, got us in quickly. It was a tough situation as I was flying back in from out of town. Having to do something like this with your beloved pet is so, so difficult. The staff at Countryside, from Naomi at the front desk, from the gentle care from Dr. Mary Hannah and to the love of Bruno from vet tech Chris, made what could have been the worst life experience much more bearable. They treated Bruno with so much love and respect. Dr. Hannah was SO kind in how she spoke to Bruno gently and lovingly. This was so calming and reassuring for me and Bruno. Chris held and hugged Bruno giving him little treats with tears in her eyes. Countryside REALLY loved my dog. I also can't forget to mention Dr. Malitz and all the other amazing stuff there. They literally have no turnover of staff which speaks volumes! I have had a rough couple of months and have sent countless emails and made many phone calls out of concern, and they were always kind, patient and helpful. Thank you Countryside for the incredible love and care you gave to Bruno.

Super friendly staff to make people and pets feel welcomed. Both veterinarians, Dr Hannah and Dr Malitz, are very caring and do not rush through an examination! Their fees are reasonable, as well. Highly recommend this clinic!

Stay away from this place. Incompetent, to the point of your animal suffering and having permanent damage as a result of the poor decisions made by their vet. The “treatment” they provided was to just to go home and do nothing. Our German shepherd now has a permanent ear damage. I wish I researched this earlier online and didn’t listen to these crooks. If you care about your animal, stay away from them. They want to do little or nothing and get your money. That seems the model there. Don’t trust their own reviews or the reviews they ask their friends to leave. There are many better vets out there. While the location might seem convenient, if you care about your pet, stay away!

I have been going to this place for 10+ years. They always treat my dogs great, and the doctors do not push unnecessary procedures. You can tell that the staff and the doctors really care about the animals and do what is best for them. This place is top notch.

When my pet of years past was no longer with us, we decided to try different vets to save money. After trying out other practices in the local area, no one was more knowledgeable and patient and caring, then the everyday practice of Countryside. We will never go anywhere again, in the long run, the money is well spent. Love this place!

Best clinic. I have been bringing my 14 year old dog Bella since she was 12 weeks. The vets are fantastic. So caring and attentive to the needs of my Bella. Dr Hannah saved my dogs life last year. So blessed to have Countryside and the team caring for my fur baby.

All vets are highly competent and caring. The office is well run and the vet techs are also kind and great. They are doing a great job managing appointments during this time of COVID, too.
