Horrible!! DO NOT take your car there!!! Communication with adjusters is horrible, they do not keep you updated on the progress of repairs or insurance approval/updates unless you call or go in person, it hard to connect with them because they do not answer the phone. I had a horrible experience that resulted in my car getting totaled due to the adjuster asking me to go back in to mark additional scratches and them maxing out the allotted repair cost. I never even received a call from them to apologize or follow-up. Never taking any car there again. My car was there for over 2 months, that's how long it took them and no work was even done to it. I wish I would have never took my car there!! Seriously this place is trash!!

Gerber collision did a great job with our repair. Great communication, friendly, professional all around. Annie and Emily are great to deal with!
Hopefully will never have to… but if we need work again, will definitely reach out to this crew.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I was promised that a part would be ordered the same day, painted the next day, and that my car would be repaired in 1-2 hours on Wednesday. However, when I called on Tuesday, I found out the part had not even been ordered. I was then told to come the following Monday, only to discover I was set up to drop off my car instead of waiting as I had requested. The repair took 6 hours, not the 1-2 hours promised. While I’m glad to have my car back, the lack of communication and follow-through has left me very unhappy. I hope to never have to use your services again.

The customer service at Gerber Collision was extremely helpful. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs to my vehicle. They were able to complete repairs as stated in their text messages and I am very happy with the results.

It took too long for the repairs and my vehicle sat there for almost 2 weeks before the repairs even began. The only communication that I received about my repairs were through text messages that I could not reply to. I called the shop several to speak with my advisor and never received a callback. The only time that I spoke with someone was when I called for an update. I received 4 estimated completion dates. My insurance company reached out to me to ask me how everything was going so I told them. It took for my insurance company to reach out to the shop and let them know that the timeframe that they had my vehicle was unacceptable and they would have to cover my rental car charges if it went past the 30 days. Then all of a sudden after almost 4 weeks of my vehicle being in the shop, I received a call stating it was ready.
