I was just on the phone with them for more than 30 min, after two pick up and hang ups, they finally answered. It appeared as if they picked up and sat it down so the phones would stop ringing. I heard a customers conversation and how she was out of medication. I continued to say hello and then a auto message stated, “we are having technical difficulties please call back again” this is my first experience with this location and I am sure I there won’ be a second time.

Just a bunch of lazy non concerned technicians who could care less about people's health or well being. I live in Illinois and got a message that my prescription was ready for pickup in Ohio.

By far the worse Walgreens in history and today I’m done giving them my business they have you on hold from 30mins to an hour steady picking up without saying anything then placing the call right back on hold. Then when u get there to get your prescription they give you someone else’s medicine please check behind these mild practice pharmacy techs before leaving this place needs a new staff!!!!!!!

So apparently when you call Walgreens you're getting a call center not the actual Walgreens pharmacy. So I was told by one of the workers that worked in the pharmacy. The pharmacy worker was very sarcastic in ways she explained. Every time I use governor's highway Walgreens there's an issue with my prescription. I wanna I'm going to switch walgreens use another location and if I continue having issues I'm just not going have to use Walgreens at all

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with, not to mention rude. I was given a medication at the wrong dosage (higher than needed) that shot my tolerance up, which was terrible. If a customer could fire employees there wouldn’t be a single person working there. I’m actually on hold with them while writing this review, currently at 33 mins and 24 seconds. Can’t wait to go in and see these ignorant people in person.

If there could be 0…. This store sucks, I just moved here! The lines in store and in the drive through were very long. I’ve been here for about an hour as I’m typing this waiting for one prescription & the pharmacist was suppose to go over instructions 55 mins ago ?. The staff is literally just standing, walking around undoing packages, except maybe one lady who’s assisting. The staff if rude, spoke with a man in an unprofessional manner. This is extremely embarrassing. Please seek better management.

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I WOULD!!! This place is so unprofessional! They will literally leave you on hold for hours and that’s NO EXAGGERATION!!!! They will keep picking up the phone and placing you on hold without saying a word to you! Let’s not leave out how they will hang up in your face after the wait! This is not a professional place of business. The way they conduct themselves is as if it’s a playground. They don’t come to work, they come to socialize amongst one another! Do not waste your time! If you need medication, urgently please go to the any other location but this one!!!!

This has to be the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in their network. The lack of communication follow up and patient care is awful. No sense of urgency, always under staffed and don’t even think about calling - they will place you on hold and hang up on you a few times before someone “fake answers”. The Pharmacist Robert either needs more help or needs to back to training. I waited for him to action on a prescription and he never did. I came to the store in person and he essentially told me nothing. Just placing our care at risk. Pathetic. They built a new pharmacy area but the service is trash.

This Walgreens experience was extremely frustrating. After dropping off my prescriptions this morning and being told to return at 3:30 PM, I arrived only to find out they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. When I asked for them back, the staff suddenly began working on them but claimed they couldn't find my insurance. After wasting time driving home to retrieve my insurance card, I discovered that all my insurance information was readily available on the Walgreens app. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient. STOP SUPPORTING THIS LOCATION ?

Corporate NEEDS to do something similar to “Undercover Boss” for the Pharmacy & do it FAST so this location can TAKE CONTROL and not close like Park Forest due to a much similar situation.
The outside lines are literally WRAPPED around the building & sometimes down to one lane. I’ve assisted my aunt with picking up here medications a few occasions and it was HORRIBLE!
I’ve tried to get her to switch to Meijers Pharmacy on Vollmer & Governs Hwy (NEVER had an issue w/ customer service nor delayed medication) but it’s a HASSLE!
Hanging up on customers is WILD!!!! I would have LOVED to be a bug on that wall when they hung up on corporate! Whew!?????????????????
Seriously, they need to either hire ALL NEW PHARMACY TECHS/MANAGERS or transfer them to stores w/ high ratings in pharmacy that can re-train.
Just START OVER!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any pharmacy. I've never experienced so many uncaring people. It's the simplest things that fail to do like communicate. I believe you have to be heartless to work there. Called 3 times, called corporate, went there twice, just for them to lose a prescription and then have the other ready in 2 days. Smh unbelievable!
