My wife and I have been together 13yrs and married for 7yrs. When we got married, we eloped and exchanged beautiful wedding bands. We had a plan to renew our vows with family & friends, and also to upgrade to a full set. Fast fwd, our 5yr date got pushed to a 10yr date. BUT we both saw this ring and instantly were ready to upgrade! Got the rings, loved them so much, we got the matching bands as well. Customer service online and in-store has been nothing short of amazing! We are both very pleased and very happy with the overall Zales experience. And most importantly, this ring set is gorgeous and the pics do it no justice! Beautiful ❤️
*only con was out of the 4 rings we purchased, only one came in the limited edition Dissney Enchanted packaging. We kinda was looking fwd to having that as a keepsake*

I love the ladies that work at Zales in Orland… everyone is so welcoming and it’s a very comforting environment where you don’t feel pressured to buy. I was recently in there with my son while he was purchasing a necklace. The saleslady, Naomi was so helpful and she guided my son in the right direction. He left feeling confident in his purchase.
