Casey Bishop does an amazing job and is always a pleasure to catch up with when I stop in. I have been going to her since I moved to the area last year and couldn’t be happier. It can be tough finding a new place when you move, but thankfully I found Casey right away. I highly recommend!

I went to Azza and my stylist Casey was fantastic! She listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations. She made me feel super comfortable as I am not familiar with style terminology. She is friendly and just a gem. The finished product was amazing and I felt beautiful with my new hair color/highlights. Highly recommend Casey and she is great!

If you go to Azza salon I highly recommend booking an appointment with Gianna. I’ve always been picky with my hair but Gianna always gets my hair exactly how I envision it. Great service and experiences with her from start to finish!

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Service and Rude Behavior
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Azaa Salon. I went in specifically to get my grey hair fully covered, but after spending over 2.5 hours there—including 50 minutes just for processing—the entire back of my head still had visible grey. The stylist even said she focused on the back, which made it even more frustrating to see no coverage at all.
When I called to address the issue, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. She kept raising her voice and kept saying, “I’m giving you a chance to be happy, but you don’t want to be.” That statement was both unprofessional and insulting. I wasn’t looking for a “chance to be happy”—I expected the service to be done properly the first time.
This wasn’t my first time getting a root touch-up, so I know what to expect. Unfortunately, my regular stylist was on vacation, and I was hoping I’d still receive the same level of care. That clearly didn’t happen here.
The owner only offered a half refund, saying “half your head is colored and half is not,” which is an unacceptable way to handle a service failure. I was also offered a reapplication, but after already spending so much time at the salon, I don’t think customers should have to return to fix what should have been done right the first time.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic respect. I will not be returning and cannot recommend Azaa Salon to anyone seeking quality service or decent customer care.

Casey was so nice and great! She saved my hair after I got a bad haircut at home and I’m so much happier now. :) she was great and fun to talk to and saved me from deciding to get a pixie cut or short bob. Can’t wait to go back and see her soon for a hair color

Elyse is amazing! I have been going to her for years and She always makes my hair look so healthy and natural! I forever get compliments on my hair and I owe it to her and her skills.

The stylist has become overly aggressive and pushy trying to sell products. Elyse was upset as I would not buy the products from her salon. She did a very bad job this time. The hair highlights looks greenish!!! I am extremely disappointed as such uncaring service!! NEVER come to this salon EVER again!!!!
