New to this pharmacy due to BCBS changes. Extremely rude pharmacy tech on three separate occasions in less than 2 weeks. She likes to quote “by law” during every interaction, speaking down to customers as if she holds some sort of power. I’ve never had such horrible service with a pharmacy before, nor have I ever taken the time to write a review for a pharmacy before. They don’t even bother to let you know when they don’t have a medication you are waiting to pick up in stock, nor will they proactively help in getting it filled elsewhere. Seems that serious medications that people need to literally survive hold no importance and we are simply at their mercy. Thankfully Osco has stepped up to help out, and s/o to CVS for always being pleasant and prepared - sucks that BCBS can dictate where you can go. Fair warning: use Meijer at your own risk, the drive up option isn’t worth the poor customer service!

As I'm sick and can't move' I just send my daughter to pick up my medication from the meijer pharmacy. They sold her the medication with $20 extra than CVS pharmacy. I called them to return the medication or to even price a match. They refused, and were very rude!!!!! I just wasted my money for no reason. I will not get anything from meijer Pharmacy again!

Worse customer service and it’s not the first time with this same lady. Return to ask a regarding on how to take a prescription and the lady with the glasses talk down to us, was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Just awful!!! Filing a complaint against her.

Worst pharmacy, I've ever dealt with. Use a real pharmacy instead. They claimed my dentist didn't call in prescription but admitted 2 days later theat they had been out if stock on the Nystatin for a month. They need to have their li else revoked!
Totally discussed with the lies and excuses

Sam O. is the best pharmacy employee I have ever come across in my entire life.Usually when I need to request a refill with my doctor, it takes about 4-5 days to get approved. Which is obviously very inconvenient when I’m completely out of my prescription. Today, when I called and learned I had no refills left, Sam took it upon herself to call for me and instead of waiting 4 days, my refill request was approved only hours later. Sam is someone who you can tell truly cares for her job and her customers. In a world full of “not my problem” employees, Sam is a breath of relief. She’s the sole reason I still fill my prescriptions through Meijer and I hope she never leaves.(If her supervisor is reading this, GIVE THE GIRL A FAT RAISE!!)

Costumer service is always awful they need to train the stuff, they don’t know how to be nice to costumers in the pharmacy or over the phone ,I’m surprised the cashiers at the grocery store have better manners that pharmacy girl, I know the man who works there is amazing on his service not the girls , very unprofessional manners.

Pharmacist never confirmed what prescription I was paying for. Get home it’s wrong. Doctor prescribed nebulizer albuterol instead of inhaler. Could have been caught had the pharmacy done their job and confirmed what medication they were handing over to me. Went back to get inhaler after doctor sent correct prescription and pharmacist on duty rushes over to interrupt my conversation with lady at window in drive thru to start yelling at me that it’s an inhaler he just spoke to my doctor and I’m like yes I know I just asked for it to be confirmed becuase they did not confirm once again when picking up second prescription and I told him they missed that the first time too. He has a huge attitude and should be fired

The head pharmacist does not care about the customer’s wellbeing at all. I went there to pick up a prescription which hadn’t been filled after several hours. The told me they had to hear from the doctor about something. They didn’t even call the doctor’s office. When I spoke to the pharmacist, he hung up on me! Same story when I called again 1. Hour before close. I finally drove there and waited only for them it to fill it. I was in excruciating pain, and he was so cold and uncaring. I had to leave without the script when they closed. Another 14 unnecessary hours of pain. Just horrible .?

Pharmacy staff EVELYN, lacks customer service skills. I called to have my RX transferred here and ended up cancelling because of her. She talked over me the entire time and hung up on me twice! Terrible person to have answering phones

They want to argue about how prescriptions are wrote. You are a pharmacist, not a medical doctor. It’s the pharmacist who is the problem. Then, they claimed my prescription was controlled even though it wasn’t! I sent my mother to pick it up and they questioned her about having an out of state license. Is it possible that some people have lived in other states before? You can go in there and buy all the liquor you want and drop dead, but they want to argue over a prescription. The male pharmacist is a j**** The techs are fairly nice. Just don’t go here if you need anything too complicated. They are probably fine if you need your high blood pressure pills or an antibiotic. Mostly they are useless.

Gouging? I bought two turkeys last week at this location and they were .36 cents a pound, Not bad price for todays economy. I went back three days later and the exact same turkeys had the labels removed and were re-labeled $1.99 a pound. I know they were the same Meijer's brand with the same expiration dates. Yea, I pay attention to stuff like that. It's really sad that business that are essential to survive can and will do this to their customers, or should I say ex-customers.
