Purchased a vehicle in late June. I was told at closing by Trevor that a second key would be mailed to me. The lack of communication from this team is appalling. They went as far as blaming me for blocking texts and phone calls, but I sent screenshots of our previous conversations and no apologies were made. Emails and voicemails go unanswered. I cannot stress enough to find another dealership to work with. The team members I delt with were Kaitlyn, Trevor, & Jeff. Jeff attempted to be the most helpful, but unable to provide a solution in the long term.

My family will be a permanent Bill Walsh customer.
Went to Bill Walsh Sierra after several awful experiences at other dealers. They treated us amazingly and worked hard to get us our dream car. Mike and Greg went above and beyond over and over again to make sure we were taken care of. They also didn't harass us with 12 phone calls a day. Don't ever go to Darcy. Save yourself the time and frustration and just call Bill Walsh.

I’ve honestly had the best car buying experience ever, thanks to Bill Walsh Automotive! My wonderful Explorer took a nose dive after 15 years. Their Ford mechanics did their best to help me hold onto it as long as possible, but a new car was needed. I will say, the text to pay my bill and the loaner vehicle while being serviced was top tier service experience! Once we decided it was time, we were between the VW Atlas and the KIA Telluride. With Jordan A.’s help, we got the car we loved! Thank you for your assistance, customer service and care. We’ll be loyal customers for life!

Great service all around! We drove and hour away for a Silverado Truck. Scott, Jeremiah and Chad made the process very easy. I never felt pressured and they were very clear and open about the entire process. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you guys again for everything. We love our new truck.

My mom bought a 2015 Jetta from Sierra , she has been taking it there for routine oil changes for the last three years . All of a sudden the mechanic says something is broken in the oil pan and it will cost her 800 to fix it . It just Started leaking oil After we took it there . The mechanic appeared to have been drinking . I have tried for the a week to get in touch with somebody in management but no one ever returns my calls . If this is the level of service Bill Walsh provides I would definitely recommend another car dealership for any future purchases.

Purchased a new car Wednesday before thanksgiving car got totaled on thanksgiving with 6 mile on it bill walsh and his team got me in a new car 30 days later thank to Jeremy Torres the best salesman and Trevor/mike we have purchased many car a salesman have been great will return

We bought a 2018 Infiniti QX60 in June We were told this it had a complete inspection done on it. Took it on vacation in July, so he went over the miles for limited warranty. My boyfriend and I neither one of us remember signing the refusal of the extended warranty.. I called and talked to them and they basically called me a liar, she said that they always ask for an extended warranty.
We were asked about the gap insurance so we got that. A little over 3 months after buying it we're told that we need an entire engine. Less than 70,000 miles on it. I was so looking forward to having this suv, but now we are stuck with $460.00 payments and over $5,000 for the USED motor with labor. Do upset

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Bill Walsh Ford Kia. Kind of a unique purchase as I lived in Saint Louis MO and we had to do most of the selling process over the phone. Chris and Mark handled all my questions very professionally and Rita provided some important insights into purchasing in another state. The service department had to work hard to get the vehicle in good condition in a short period of time. All went well and I picked up the car and drove it back to Saint Louis. Several issues came up after I arrived home but they were quickly corrected by Jordon the General Manager which I consider the true test of any dealership…standing by your sales commitments.
I would highly recommend Bill Walsh dealerships for purchasing and servicing vehicles.

I have been looking for a new Prius XLE FWD with exterior color of Guardian Gray for over 8 months. I saw that Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa, IL had one in transit. Even though they are over an hour away I worked with Dave Brooker over the phone. They were charging a fair price and not adding any accessories so I put down a deposit. Before the vehicle arrived at their dealership my local dealership just received the exact Prius. I called Dave and explained my situation. He did not hesitate to return my deposit. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them I would highly recommend them for their fair pricing and excellent customer service.
