Tim and Noel are awesome they explained I needed new suspension control arms. Noel showed me the arms and explained what they do. They were corroded and brittle. I had disappearing and Noel advised the heater core needed replacing and now no issues and I can feel the difference in the heater. I am grateful to both Tim and Noel for the excellent service. If you need repairs go to Advance Auto on Colfax in Palatine and see Tim and Noel. They are knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and fast. The repairs took a day and I was shocked normal repair shops take their time but these guys work fast to get you back on the road.

Worst experience ever. I wanted to get an alignment done since the reviews were good. I had recently installed new sport control arms and other sport suspension components, so there should have been no problem — just an alignment and that’s it. After leaving the shop, I noticed something was not right. The rear left suspension was loud, and I could hear a knocking noise and the steering was not right, it was shaking a bit. It turned out that they had forgotten to bolt one of the control arms, which could have led to a serious accident. I would not recommend them. I would rather go to Firestone; they do a better job.
