Kevin M. with sales and Brian A. in finance were VERY helpful giving us a wonderful and positive experience. Both were super kind and listened to all of our wants, needs and concerns. Neither were pushy. Very honest and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us get the deal done even after we showed up late in the evening. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these two again. I recently traded my 2015 Honda Civil LX for a brand new 2023 Toyota GR86 Premium and must say this dealership was great. I dealt with a salesman named Kevin and the sales manager whose name was also Kevin and can say they both did a great job. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us at all. I will definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car!

Watch out - What they quote on the phone is less than what they charge you - never happened until now . They don't honor the conversation you had on the phone especially the price they quoted on the phone when you set up the appointment for service . I have been using this dealer for over 8 years to get my service done for both cars Camry and RAV4- I noticed the customer service from the service center is getting WORST AND WORST each service I made, hung up on people rush through the calls - pretend they don't quote wrong price - Two days ago I called to set up for oil change and tier rotation and the guy who answered the phone hung up as soon as I said hello , so I called back and he answered- I asked is it still $12,99 for labor cost to oil change if I bring my own oil and filter ( which I always do) and he said yes and tire Rotation is $24.99 - when I picked up my car , they charged me $30 for labor cost -when I called back the service guy, Matthew said he will credit me $15 toward to replacing new tires on RAV4 then before end of our call he changed his mind because his manager said they have to charge $30 for labor costs .. couple weeks ago they quoted to change all full tires over $1000 but when I was there yesterday another guy quoted me $300 less so depends on who you talked to in that place - RECORED THE CALL if you can if they quote you the price on the phone otherwise they will run around and pretend did not know who quoted that price or set up the appointment on the phone and you will end up paying higher price they charged you because they already completed your service .

I took my uncle here about a month ago & helped him purchase a car. Fred, the Sales Manager was a wonderful help. Fred was super helpful and made us feel comfortable soon as we stepped in at Toyota. We were there for a good couple hours but he made sure everything was all set to go and clear before we left the lot. I appreciate Toyota and everyone who helped out that day. We already plan to take my sister to get her new car there also!

I came in to look at a 2022 Toyota Corolla & I came with pre approval from my bank so initially there was no issue , If I could give the place no stars I would , after badgering me consistently with a high ass extended warranty and I ultimately refused , my Pre approval was no longer accepted due to previous funding issues from my bank ( Navy Federal) it was so funny that all of this transpired after I wouldn't accept the countless attempts to pin this Warranty on me that I actually didn't even need ! So a back up contract was brought to me in case my funding didn't go through , I called navy federal multiple times through out this interaction and they NEVER HEARD NO SUCH THING ! the Finance department then switches up again and says they can't even offer the back up contract and that I would just have to finance through them if I wanted to purchase the car.. this was my first dealership experience and it was horrific !

We found an available Sienna Platinum on their website 175 miles from our home. We headed out early to get there when they opened. Everyone was kind and courteous and led us to the van. It is difficult times for car dealers as they don’t have access to nearly as many new cars due to chip shortages and supply chain issues. The van was marked up more than I expected since it’s a 2 year waiting list to get one. I was not very pleased , however the sales team urged me to as least try to work with them. I did and after an hour or so we came to an agreement. I also want to note that while we were there two people came in to try to buy the van. They could have easily sold it that day to other people but urged me to work with them. I’m thankful that they wanted to work with me on a vehicle that is rare to find when they could have said have a nice day and talked to another person. I highly recommend trying them on your next car. Both sales managers were very helpful and our salesman, Akash, was the best. Please keep in mind that the dealerships are struggling in difficult times but these folks really want you to be part of the Arlington family.

The best Toyota in Illinois's state! It was the best experience, and professional approach to the client. I want to thanks Alice for her help in buying the car of my dreams, it was nice to see that she knows everything about my favorite model, highest level of service! now its only Toyota Arlington! Finding an honest dealer is very difficult but not impossible! The Arlington Toyota team showed understanding and professionalism, especially Augustin and Ana. I know that buying a car is a very stressful thing, but with the help of these people I got what I wanted quickly and without much stress. I bought Toyota Camry 2023 SE and I am very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it!???

Had the most positive experience at the Arlington Toyota dealership. An exceptional service provided by Ana Migaevschi, Kevin and the finance team. Ana’s has a customer centric approach, she listened and found the right car for us. She stayed late, for over an hour after closing, to answer our questions, ensuring we left fully satisfied and even helped with an app set up. When we are ready for a new car, we will absolutely come back. Thank you Ana and everyone we came in contact with at the dealership.

I came for an oil change, waited 1 hour, then found out that my car was not working yet. They promised to do it in 30-40 minutes. but even after 45 minutes the car was not ready. made me wait another 10 minutes. In general, I spent 2 hours changing the oil. do not recommend

If you want a good deal on a car DONT go here. I caught them in complete false advertising. I have posted the photo which shows a clear final price on a trd to 70,984. Yet they raised it to 84,500.00 when i decided to buy. When I questioned the price and told them its clear online they changed it as shown on line within just a few minutes. Not an isolated incident as I see others have had the same review comment. Never thought of checking yelp before shopping there but now I know and just want to share with all out there. I filed a complaint with the attorney general on this and recommend others do the same (compling the evidence really helps). Some of the adds are just deceptive but others also cross the line of criminal as does the one attached.

I had a great experience buying a car here last weekend. Our salesperson, Kate, was kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I never felt pressured and it never felt tense. Everyone there was very nice and the whole place had an overall relaxed vibe. Before I drove off the lot, Kate made sure I had everything set up with my phone and the app. I’m thrilled with my new car and feel great about the purchase in general.
