These guys are so great! The wait time is long, but that’s expected especially without an appointment. Even with an appointment I waited a while, but the level of respect and support from this team was amazing. I don’t know the managers name it could have been Adam? He took care of me. I had to come back due to them not being able to get my lug nut off which it was most likely frozen. I came back the next day after leaving a different shop and he made sure to get my car right in and right out in an expected time. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Making an appointment does make a difference so make sure to do that online!

I’m been waiting for more than one hour to check air pressure of my tires, there’s still six cars of head of me, they answered my phone call after twenty minutes, saying there’s only one person doing the job,. I’ll bring my business somewhere else next time.

I usually drive to South Bend to The Tire Rack to buy tires at good prices. Now that Discount Tire owns The Tire Rack, the price was the same for 4 run flats. The service was OK and quite honestly, when they installed them, one was underinflated. Easily enough taken care of. Nine months later, I notice that I'm losing about 1 psi a day in one tire. After filling it at the dealer a few ties, I bring it back to Discount Tire. I had to make an appt for the next day to have them look at the valves (probable problem). Next day, after 1/2 hour, they say that they are done. That's it. I ask, what was the problem? The tech says that they found a nail in the tire, removed it, and patched the tire. No big deal. No charge. How can I not be happy?

Great customer service here! Even on a small mistake with my tire on their end, they were quick to get me in the next morning and apologize on top of fixing it ASAP. Wait times were also extremely reasonable considering how busy they are right before snow comes in and everyone is switching to winter tires. I would definitely recommend going here and I plan on staying a loyal customer myself!!

It really sucks when you make an appointment for service, and then you continuously get bumped for walk ins who are spending more money! if you're going to take appointments then honor them!!

Stopped in to get a tire after a blowout on Thanksgiving. New tire was on warranty so it was completely taken care of and no charges. However, my other two front tires were coming up to be replaced so these were purchased at the same time as an upsell to the store. Exactly what the warranty is intended to do - bring the customer back to fix the problem and then get additional services while you're there. It works for them, works for the customers, all good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because after dealing with a blowout - you really want to just get in your car and drive away. Unfortunately I was not able to do this today. My spare and covers for the spare were left loose in the back of the car and being that discount tire is so good at service I expected this to be done for me - idk, if it's not a standard practice (for those that have empty trunk areas) but for the amout of time to customer service impact i feel it should be. Additionally, after getting all 3 new tires replaced and installed, I checked my air pressures in each tire using my cars sensors - to my surprise the three new tires were good but the one tire that they didn't touch was not reviewed and was still lower from the colder weather. So again, instead of driving away - I packed my spare in the parking lot and then had to now wait in the "Air check" line after just buying new tires. If checking a customer's air pressure in all 4 tires for any and every service is not standard - it should be. Just my feedback to your team as one customer service professional to another. The guys that helped me at the desk were professional and patient and zero complaints - thanks again guys.

was told I need all 4 new rims on my 2020 Honda civic that had only 38k due to corrosion. The guy told me that they cannot be cleaned and that they do not have beed sealer and I asked him why do they make beed sealer? That's the whole purpose to seal the bead. so they tried selling me all four new rims. Which is absolutely absurd, I've been in this business 28 years and have not sold one set of rims for corrosion. It's a huge scam and I wonder how many people fall for it replacing all their rims when all they have to do is clean them and beed sealed them they . should be out of business it's not right they're stealing from customers.

Quality of work is horrible they put new tires but the sticky weighs it’s barely attached on rim and other service for rotate and balance and I asked for fix the spare tire because you mess up last time instead of black wall out he put white letters out. When I pick up the vehicle they can’t get in lose the latch no one call me about that I tried my self no effort getting loose now have come back again next day waisted my time

Went to get air in my tire. The gentleman act like I wasn't there and finally a gentleman answered me for me to not get air in my tire. I left and came across the street to Belle Tires. teach the gentleman that customer service is important. I RECOMMEND BELLA TIRES ACROSS THE STREET. I WISH I COULD LEAVE DISCOUNT TIRES NO STARS FOR THE RUDE SERVICE.

I've dealt with two people at this store who I found to be outstanding. Adam and Sean. Thank goodness for them because sometimes the installers are a little sloppy. For example, picked up my truck to find the wrong wiper replacements and the new tires not properly inflated. I returned and they took care of it but that should not happen. Warning: check their work before you leave.

The staff is nice but the quality of work is horrible. I took two vehicles in. One required replacement of all 4 tires. All was good except two of the tires kept losing air. Same for 1 of the two tires I had replaced on vehicle #2. Had to take both vehicles back multiple times to which they had to replace the "stems" of each of the problematic brand new tires. I still have issues with these tires holding air. Not happy.

What a long experience. Tired showing available in stock online we’re not, so I was sold a more expensive set. I had a cracked rim and was told they would out that in the back and to come back when I had the new rim and get the that tire done. My wife took the car w the new rim a few days later and got the last tire done. When I got home I saw the logo wheel cap was missing. I called and found out they threw out the old rim. I had to go back so they could take a picture of the missing piece to order it. I was told by the associate “I don’t know why you’re making this a big deal. It doesn’t affect the performance of the car.”I called a week later to see if the part came only to find out they didn’t order it, had no pictures etc. The mgr offered that I buy one and they reimburse me. I’m so tired of dealing with them I just came out of my pocket and never went to get the $ they owe. All in , 3 extra trips, a bunch of phone calls, frustration, more money, and having it completed somewhere else.
