The technicians who helped me were amazing! So helpful & right to the point! Patched my tire & told me where to go to find the exact new tire I needed! So I have now ordered the tire & will have Firestone install it this week!

Much praise for Dan, my Service Advisor. He is very knowledgeable about the car and auto servicing and maintenance (both generally and specifically). I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them expertly (and patiently!). He shared my sensitivity to the cost of the repairs and tried to present me with the best and most cost-effective solution. This is the second car I have brought to Firestone in Palatine. Dan also advised on the first car. I would give a score of 10 but auto servicing is always expensive and painful. Notwithstanding that, Dan was great!

Scheduled an appointment for tire change at 10am. When I left the car I was told it will take less than an hour and will receive a phone call. After 2,5 hours I tried calling and they are telling me to reschedule as they are not done. On top they damaged my caps on the wheels. Wasted my time ? and leaving not happy. I should have read reviews prior scheduling an appointment.

Apparently they plugged my transmission vent, caused leaking and a bunch of other problems I needed to get repaired somewhere else. Don't really recommend this place since it seems like they take dangerous shortcuts.

When Chris was here, it was a good location. Patrick is great too. However their ASE certified? yahoos are ALL about the God blessed money. They swallow, not suck!

Very bad customer service - watch out for Raymondo - he is a veryprejudiced, rude person - no customer service skils what so ever - I needed some work on the suspension of my car and also an alignment They kept me waiting for 4 hours and did not tell me they ordered the wrong part The front man Raymondo was extremely rude - he even enjoyed getting the customers upset - there were me and other 2 customers not getting theservice they needed and expected - Very bad shop - STAY AWAY!!!!I went to the Firestone in Arlington Heights and got everything done right - Thanks Paul!!! You should join BTS!!! Kudos!!! The car is running great!

Patrick and Jair were all very helpful. They even put all my stuff neatly in the back of my vehicle for me after repairing the fuel pump. Super grateful.

Dreadful customer service. I shopped around trying to find a good deal on an alignment came across firestone for $100 as a deal if you show them the code. So I am excited and thinking I'll come in and show it to them and use the deal to get my car aligned. i come midday on a Monday and the manager rudely tells me that that's just the cost and there is no discount. He then tells me they are too busy and to book an appointment for early in the morning on another day. I wake up early to make my appointment on time. I was greeted with sarcasm and crassness. I handed over the keys reluctantly and I watched my car sit in the lot with nothing happening to it for 25 mins until I asked for my keys back. He literally made up excuses telling me why I couldn't get my keys back!!! Trying to hold my car hostage while it's been sitting in the parking lot untouched for 25 mins. I sternly demanded my keys and he was miraculously, able to find them. I took them and drove right down to the road and got in immediately with excellent customer service at Just Tires and was in and out with in 30 mins with no appointment! While I seldom review any company this service was incredibly insulting. If I am spending a lot of money on car service I would at least like to be treated with some level of respect and I believe my time should be valued especially if I had to schedule an appointment. 3/15/23

Guy turns me away for being a bit late saying he's not gonna take me and delay his next appointment even tho an oil change takes 20 min and his next appointment is 40 min later. Then tells me he's backed up and when I leave I see him and another worker go outside for a smoke. If he truly was backed up him and the other guy would be playing catch up not going for a smoke. Also no one was waiting for a vehicle or anything.Service: Oil change

There 30 year vet I believe Paul saved my life literally. Had a front bad wheel bearing that another shop missed. He brought this to my attention and a few days later decided to replace it while jacking up car tire fell off. Not a good thing to happen at 70mph on rand rd.

I never cease to be impressed with Firestone. Chris is outstanding and provided clear, quick information on my vehicle despite it being towed to them on such short notice. I’ve been to maybe five Firestones in the Chicagoland area in the past 10 years, and all of them have been trustworthy. I’ll continue to recommend them to my friends and family, that’s how much I trust their service.
